के नाम का एलान हुआ। हांलाकि इसके पहले कई बड़े नाम इस दौड़ में शामिल रहे हैं। लम्बे इंतज़ार के बाद सोमवार 21 मार्च का दिन आया जब सारे कयास , जोड़तोड़ और दिल्ली देहरादून की दौर थम गयी और भाजपा की विधानमंडल दल ने पुष्कर सिंह धामी को प्रदेश का नया मुख्यमंत्री चुन लिया है।

 पुष्कर सिंह धामी पर भरोसा जताते हुए धामी को नया सरदार घोषित कर दिया है। 

मुख्यमंत्री के चयन को लेकर भाजपा विधायक दल की बैठक में नए मुखिया  पुष्कर सिंह धामी  के नाम की घोषणा रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने की । इस दौरान पार्टी के सभी कद्दावर नेता , सांसद , विधायक और पूर्व सीएम मौजूद रहे। नए मुखिया पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नाम का एलान होने के बाद अब जोड़तोड़ मंत्रिमंडल में शामिल होने की कौन-कौन से चेहरे शामिल होंगे, इसे लेकर भी पार्टी स्तर पर मंथन चल रहा है। महिला विधायक हों या युवा विधायक या फिर उमेश शर्मा काऊ , गणेश जोशी जैसे धाकड़ विधायक , इस बार मंत्री पद के दावेदारों ने भी मोर्चेबंदी मज़बूत की हुई है।

दरअसल उत्तराखंड में जिस तरह से 2017 में प्रदेश ने भाजपा को प्रचंड बहुमत दिया था लेकिन पार्टी को तीन मुख्यमंत्री बदलने पड़े उसके बाद भाजपा की खूब किरकिरी हुयी थी। लिहाज़ा 2022 के पांचवी विधानसभा का आगाज़ भाजपा इस भरोसे के साथ करना चाहती है कि प्रदेश में New Cm Uttarakhand  नए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी पूरे पांच साल एक मजबूत सरकार चलाते हुए मंत्रियों और विधायकों को एक साथ साध सकते हैं।

पीएम मोदी और गृहमंत्री अमित शाह पहले भी New Cm Uttarakhand युवा और अनुभवी सरकार का तालमेल बनाने की बात चुनावी मंचों से कहते रहे हैं। अब ऐसे में पार्टी की पसंद बने पुष्कर सिंह धामी के कन्धों पर प्रदेश के लाखों मतदाताओं के साथ साथ देहरादून से दिल्ली तक पार्टी नेताओं का भरोसा जीतना एक कठिन परीक्षा से कम नहीं होगी।  इसके पहले उत्तराखंड की पांचवीं विधानसभा में नवनिर्वाचित विधायकों को सोमवार को पद की शपथ दिलाई गयी। सुबह 10 बजे राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (सेनि) ने भाजपा के वरिष्ठ विधायक बंशीधर भगत को प्रोटेम स्पीकर के रूप में शपथ दिलाई।

संवैधानिक प्रविधान के अनुसार राज्य मंत्रिमंडल में मुख्यमंत्री के अलावा 11 मंत्री बनाए जा सकते हैं। माना जा रहा है कि गुजरात फार्मूले का कुछ अंश भाजपा यहां अपना सकती है। यहां अनुभव के साथ कुछ युवाओं को मौका दिया जा सकता है। चर्चा है कि वरिष्ठ विधायकों में छह या सात को नए मंत्रिमंडल में लिया जा सकता हैं। पार्टी के महिला विधायकों की संख्या छह है।

New Cm Uttarakhand  यही नहीं, विधानसभा चुनाव में महिलाओं का मत-प्रतिशत भी पुरुषों के मुकाबले अधिक रहा है। पार्टी मानती है कि महिलाओं का बढ़ा मत प्रतिशत भाजपा के लिए फायदेमंद रहा है। ऐसे में मातृशक्ति को सम्मान देते हुए महिला विधायकों में से कम से कम दो को मंत्रिमंडल में स्थान मिलने की संभावना व्यक्त की जा रही है। इसके अलावा नए चेहरों में से भी दो या तीन को अवसर दिया जा सकता है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि इस संबंध में पार्टी में उच्च स्तर पर विमर्श चल रहा है।

विधानसभा चुनाव में इस बार भाजपा के 47, कांग्रेस के 19, बसपा के दो और निर्दलीय दो प्रत्याशी चुनाव जीते हैं। नवनिर्वाचित सदस्यों को शपथ दिलाने के लिए राज्यपाल की ओर से भाजपा के वरिष्ठ नेता एवं सातवीं बार चुनाव जीते बंशीधर भगत को प्रोटेम स्पीकर नियुक्त किया जिन्होंने संविधान के अनुच्छेद 188 के तहत प्रोटेम स्पीकर के तौर पर विधानसभा के नवनिर्वाचित सदस्यों को शपथ दिलाई और नई सरकार के गठन की कार्यवाही यहाँ से आगे बढ़ी। New Cm Uttarakhand  शपथ ग्रहण करने के बाद सदस्यों की ओर से विधानसभा अध्यक्ष को चुना जाता है। शपथ ग्रहण के लिए निर्वाचित विधायक रविवार से ही देहरादून पहुंचने लगे थे।
