Ideal Police Officer अक्सर आप सुनते होंगे कि रात में पुलिस को देखकर राहगीर सहम जाते हैं। वर्दी में पुलिस का काफिला जब अँधेरी रात में चौराहे पर हलचल करते हैं तो लगता है कोई बड़ा मामला है लेकिन जब आपको एसएसपी देहरादून दलीप सिंह कुंवर की ये तस्वीरें दिखाई देंगी तो आप कह उठेंगे वाह।

  • Ideal Police Officer  कड़ाके की सर्दी और खुले आसमान के नीचे ठिठुरती ज़िंदगियों को उम्मीद नहीं थी की आज रात एक रहमदिल आएगा और उन्हें सुकून की सौगात बांटेगा। डीआजी / एसएसपी दलीप सिंह कुंवर कोहरे व कड़ाके की ठंड के बीच देहरादून की सड़कों पर इसी मकसद के साथ निकले की आज लोगों की दुआएं लेनी है और उन्हें राहत देने का एक नेक काम करना है।

Ideal Police Officer सबसे पहले उनका काफिला गलन भरी  सर्दी में  सबसे पहले रात्रि 12.00 बजे घंटा घर पहुंचा , जहां सड़क किनारे खुले में सो रहे गरीब असहाय व्यक्तियों को देखकर कप्तान कुंवर रुके,  मौके पर ही हर शख्स से उसकी जानकरी लेते हुये सभी को जैकेट पहनाई व कंबल वितरित किए। साथ ही सभी व्यक्तियों के लिए चाय व बिस्किट की व्यवस्था की गई।

  • Ideal Police Officer  इसके बाद डीआजी पहुंचे  दर्शनी गेट, लालपुल, आईएसबीटी, रिस्पना पुल प्रेमनगर और आखिर में दून चौक पहुँचे, जहाँ पहुंचकर उन्होंने सड़क किनारे सो रहे व्यक्तियों से मुलाकात कर उन्हें गर्म कंबल व जैकेट वितरित कर चाय व बिस्कुट बांटे । सभी  व्यक्तियों से बातचीत कर उन्हें पुलिस की ओर से हर संभव सहायता मुहैया कराने का भरोसा दिलाया गया।  इस दौरान कप्तान दलीप सिंह कुंवर ने आमजन से अपील करते हुए कहा कि  गरीबों की मदद करना सबसे बड़ा पुण्य का कार्य है। उन्होंने जनपद के सक्षम लोगों से गरीबों व बेसहारा लोगों की मदद के लिए आगे आने का आह्वान किया ताकि गरीब व असहाय लोग अपने आप को उपेक्षित महसूस ना करे।

  • Ideal Police Officer देहरादून के कप्तान ने एक आदर्श उदाहरण पेश करते हुए लोगों से अपील की है  कि वह अपने स्तर से जो भी गर्म कपड़े, कंबल आदि गरीब लोगों को देना चाहते हैं, वे उसे अपनी नजदीकी थानों में दे सकते हैं, पुलिस द्वारा उसे तत्काल जरूरतमंद लोगों तक मुहैया कराया जाएगा। वस्त्र एवं कंबल वितरण के दौरान सभी लोगो की आंखों में पुलिस के लिये प्यार दिखा, कई व्यक्तियों नें कहा की पुलिस का ऐसा रूप उन्होंने पहले न कभी देखा और न सुना तथा पुलिस कप्तान व पुलिस टीम को ढेर सारी दुआये दी। उक्त भ्रमण के दौरान क्षेत्राधिकारी नगर , क्षेत्राधिकारी डालानवाला, प्रभारी निरीक्षक कोतवाली, प्रभारी निरीक्षक पटेलनगर,  थानाध्यक्ष रायपुर,  वरिष्ठ उप निरीक्षक नेहरूकॉलोनी व अन्य चौकी प्रभारी मौजूद रहे।
