DHAMI AMIT SHAH MEET मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह से भेंट की। उन्होंने केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री को जोशीमठ क्षेत्र में हो रहे भू-धंसाव से उत्पन्न स्थिति की विस्तृत जानकारी दी, तथा आपदा राहत हेतु केंद्रीय सहायता का अनुरोध किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने गृह मंत्री को अवगत कराया कि जोशीमठ शहर जनपद चमोली का तहसील मुख्यालय, श्री बद्रीनाथ जी का शीतकालीन निवास स्थान है, तथा सामरिक, सांस्कृतिक एवं पर्यटन की दृष्टि से भी महत्वपूर्ण स्थान है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि २ जनवरी की रात से भवनों में मोटी दरारें दृष्टिगोचर हुई तथा जे0पी0 प्लान्ट के नीचे 500 एल0पी0एम0 की नई धारा फूटने की शिकायत प्राप्त हुई।

DHAMI AMIT SHAH MEET उन्होंने कहा कि अभी तक क्षेत्र का 25 प्रतिशत भू-भाग, भू-धंसाव से प्रभावित है जिसकी अनुमानित जनसंख्या लगभग 25000 है, पालिका क्षेत्र में दर्ज भवन लगभग 4500 है, उस में से 849 भवनों में चौड़ी दरारें परिलक्षित हो चुकी है, अस्थायी रूप से विस्थापित परिवार 250 हैं, सर्वे गतिमान है एवं उक्त प्रभावित परिवार तथा भवन निरन्तर बढ़ रहे हैं। जबकि पुनर्वास हेतु पांच स्थल चिन्ह्ति किये गये है, जिनका भू-गर्भीय परीक्षण किया जा रहा है। जोशीमठ के कुल 09 वार्ड में से 4 वार्ड पूर्णरूपेण प्रभावित हैं जबकि 08 केन्द्रीय तकनीकी संस्थान प्रभावित क्षेत्र में वैज्ञानिक परीक्षण कर रहे है।

DHAMI AMIT SHAH MEET मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि विभिन्न केंद्रीय तकनीकी संस्थानों से विचार विमर्श के बाद क्षेत्र में वृहद् पुनर्निर्माण की आवश्यकता बताई गयी है। जिसका FINAL ESTIMATION तकनीकी परीक्षण समाप्त होने के उपरान्त प्राप्त होगा।

DHAMI AMIT SHAH MEET  मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रभावित क्षेत्रों के लिये तात्कालिक राहत शिविरों की व्यवस्था, Prefabricated Transit Shelter, स्थायी पुनर्वास, नवीन स्थल विकास, आवास निर्माण, मूलभूत सुविधायें यथाः स्कूल, कालेज, drainage, sewerage आदि, जोशीमठ का पुर्ननिर्माण, विस्तृत तकनीकी जांच, भू-स्खलन की रोकथाम, सम्पूर्ण जल निकासी व्यवस्था, शहर में सीवर लाईन की व्यवस्था, समस्त घरों का सीवर लाईन से जुड़ाव आदि मूलभूत सुविधाओं के विकास के लिये मुख्यमंत्री ने गृह मंत्री से केंद्रीय सहायता के लिये अनुरोध किया। केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री ने जोशीमठ के भू-धंसाव क्षेत्र के प्रभावितों की आवश्यक मदद का आश्वासन मुख्यमंत्री को दिया।
