Educated ATM Robber उत्तराखंड पुलिस ने एक ऐसे एटीएम चोर को पकड़ा है जो बेहद पढ़ा-लिखा और डिग्री धारक है उसने B.Ed. और M.Ed. भी कर रखा है लेकिन उसकी असली पहचान अब एटीएम लुटेरी की है। क्योंकि वह बेरोजगार था जल्दी पैसे कमाने के लिए उसने गुनाह के रास्ते पर कदम आगे बढ़ा दिया था लेकिन कहते हैं ना अगर गुनाहगार चालाक , पढ़ा-लिखा और शातिर हो तो भी कानून की नजर उस पर अपनी पकड़ बना ही लेती है। कुछ ऐसा ही किया है अल्मोड़ा एसएसपी प्रदीप कुमार राय ने जिनकी अलर्ट नज़र और सतर्क टीम ने उत्तर प्रदेश जाकर इस पढ़े-लिखे एटीएम चोर को दबोच लिया।

  • Educated ATM Robber खबर ये है कि प्रदीप कुमार राय वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक अल्मोड़ा द्वारा ईनामी बदमाशों की गिरफ्तारी के लिए अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी मिशन के अन्तर्गत अल्मोड़ा पुलिस एवम SOG टीम को एटीएम क्लोनिंग से धोखाधड़ी करने वाला 20 हजार के शातिर ईनामी बदमाश को गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता मिली है। कोतवाली अल्मोड़ा में पंजीकृत अभियोग में गैगस्टर एक्ट बनाम नवनीत शुक्ला आदि 3 के विरुद्ध अभियोग में अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी के हेतु अथक प्रयास करने के उपरान्त भी अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी न हो पाने पर नवनीत शुक्ला के विरुद्ध में मफरूरी में आरोप पत्र माननीय न्यायालय प्रेषित किया गया था ।

  • विशेष न्यायाधीश गैगस्टर एक्ट द्वारा मफरूर अभियुक्त नवनीत शुक्ला के विरुद्ध स्थायी वारन्ट जारी किया गया था। स्थायी वारन्ट की तामील व अभियुक्त की गिरफ्तारी के लिये एसएसपी प्रदीप राय के निर्देश पर गठित टीम ने दबिश देकर नवनीत शुक्ला को थाना मनकापुर क्षेत्र जनपद गौण्डा, उत्तर प्रदेश से गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

  • Educated ATM Robber एसएसपी राय के मुताबिक अभियुक्त गिरोह बनाकर ज्यादा से ज्यादा नोट कमाने के चक्कर में लोगों के साथ तकनीकी रूप से धोखाधड़ी कर स्किमिंग डिवाइस की मदद से एटीएम का डाटा चुराकर इसके द्वारा एटीएम का क्लोन तैयार कर लोगों के खाते से अवैध रूप से आर्थिक लाभ अर्जित करता था।नवनीत शुक्ला बीएड/एमएड शिक्षा प्राप्त है, नौकरी ना मिलने पर शीघ्र धन कमाने की लालसा में एटीएम क्लोनिंग कर ठगी का काम कर रहा था, वर्तमान में ठेकेदारी बिल्डिंग बनाने का कार्य करता है । पुलिस की गिरफ्त में आ गया ।
