  • Muslim Officers Family गांव नूआं का कायमखानी मुस्लिम परिवार बेहतरीन तालीम के दम पर ही कमाल कर दिखा रहा है। अंदाजा इस बात से लगा लो कि नूआं के इस अकेले मुस्लिम परिवार ने देश को IAS, IPS व आर्मी अफसर समेत 15 बड़े अफसर दिए हैं। Nua Village के मुस्लिम परिवार से 15वां अफसर बनने का गौरव बेटी कायनात खान को मिला है। कायनात खान का जयपुर स्थित राजस्थान सचिवालय में विधि रचनाकार के पद पर चयन हुआ है।

  • खास बात यह है कि कायनात ने शादी के 13 साल बाद यह मुकाम हासिल किया है। एक बेटी व एक बेटे के जन्म के बाद भी कायनात ने किताबों से दोस्ती जारी रखी और नतीजा आज हम सबके सामने है राजस्थान में फौजियों वाले जिले झुंझुनूं के गांव नूआं में बड़ी कोठड़ी के पास नायब सुबेदार हयात अली मोहम्म खान और शरीफन बानो का घर है, जो अफसरों की खान है। यहां आईएएस, आईपीएस व आरएएस जैसे बड़े अफसर पैदा हुए हैं।

नूआं का कायमखानी मुस्लिम परिवार

  • गांव नूआं के इस कायमखानी मुस्लिम परिवार ने प्रशासनिक सेवा ही नहीं बल्कि इंडियन आर्मी को भी बेहतरीन अफसर दिए हैं। कलेक्टर, आईजी समेत यहां से ब्रिगेडियर व कर्नल निकले हैं। इस अकेले परिवार में बेटा, बेटी, भानजे व दामाद को मिलाकर 14 अफसर हैं। स्थानीय लोग नूआं के अफसरों वाले परिवार की कामयाबी की पूरी कहानी बताते हैं । नईम अहमद खान कहते हैं कि आस-पास के गांव-कस्बों में सबसे पहले हायर सैकंडरी स्कूल हमारे गांव नूआं में खुला था। लियाकत खान उसके पहले सत्र के स्टूडेंट थे, जो पहले आरपीएस और फिर आईपीएस बने।

लियाकत खान, आईपीएस

  • लियाकत खान का साल 1972 में आरपीएस के रूप में चयन हुआ। पदोन्नति पाकर आईपीएस बने और आईजी के पद से रिटायर हुए। ये वक्फ बोर्ड के चेयरमैन भी रहे। साल 2020 में इनका इंतकाल हो गया। पूर्व आईपीएस लियाकत खान के छोटे भाई अशफाक हुसैन का चयन साल 1983 में बतौर आरएएस हुआ। 2016 में इन्हें आईएएस के रूप में पदोन्नति मिली। ये शिक्षा विभाग में विशेष शासन सचिव, दौसा जिला कलेक्टर व दरगाह नाजिम भी रहे हैं। 2018 में रिटायर हो गए।

  • जाकिर खान भी बड़े भाई लियाकत खान व अशफाक हुसैन की राह पर चले और 2018 में सीधे आईएएस बने। वर्तमान में जिला​श्रीगंगानगर में कलेक्टर हैं। लियाकत खान के बेटे शाहीन खान सीनियर आरएएस अधिकारी हैं। वर्तमान में सीएमओ में पोस्टेड हैं। इससे पहले अशोक गहलोत के ओएसडी भी रह चुके हैं।

  • शाहीन खान की पत्नी मोनिका भी अफसर हैं। इनका चयन जेल अधीक्षक के रूप में हुआ था। वर्तमान में मोनिका डीआईजी जेल जयपुर के पद पर कार्यरत हैं। लियाकत खान के भतीजे शाकिब खान इंडियन आर्मी में बिग्रेडियर हैं। वर्तमान में हिसार पोस्टेड हैं लियाकत खान के भानजे सलीम खान सीनियर आरएएस अधिकारी हैं। ये उप शासन सचिव शिक्षा के पद पर जयपुर में कार्यरत हैं।सीनियर आरएएस अधिकारी सलीम खान की पत्नी शना खान भी आरएएस अधिकारी हैं। ये राष्ट्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा अभियान जयपुर में पदस्थापित हैं।

  • फराह खान अपने पिता के नक्शे कदम पर चलीं और उनसे भी एक कदम आगे निकल गईं। इनको साल 2016 में आल इंडिया स्तर पर 267वीं रैंक मिली थी। तब इन्हें राजस्थान से आईएएस बनने वाली दूसरी मुस्लिम महिला होने का गौरव भी प्राप्त हुआ। वर्तमान में फराह जोधपुर में पोस्टेड हैं। आईएएस अधिकारी फराह खान के पति कमर उल जमान चौधरी भी राजस्थान कैडर के आईएएस है। ये मूलरूप से जम्मू कश्मीर के रहने वाले हैं। वर्तमान में जोधपुर कार्यरत हैं।

  • भारतीय सेना में ब्रिगेडियर शाबिक की बहन इशरत खान कर्नल हैं। 17 साल पहले इन्हें भारतीय सेना में लेफ्टिनेंट कर्नल के पद पर कमिशन मिला था। फिर पदोन्नति पाकर कर्नल बन गईं। राजस्थान के एक मुस्लिम परिवार के टॉप ऑफिसर्स की लिस्ट यूं तो बहुत लंबी है जिन्हें कम शब्दों में बयां नहीं किया जा सकता है। लेकिन इसमें कोई दो राय नहीं कि अगर एक परिवार की शाखों से इतने अफसरों की फौज निकल सकती है , तो अगर देश में लाखों मुस्लिम परिवार इससे सबक लेते हुए तालीम को अपना हथियार बनाए तो देश ही नहीं दुनिया में वह अपना नया मुकाम बना सकते है । बेशक इसीलिए कहते हैं कि तालीम हर अंधेरे रास्ते का खूबसूरत उजाला है ।
