- Rape Case BJP Leader दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने निचली अदालत के फैसले को चुनौती देने वाली शाहनवाज हुसैन की याचिका को निरस्त कर दिया है. दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट की न्यायमूर्ति आशा मेनन की पीठ ने अपील याचिका काे निराधार बताते हुए आदेश दिया कि मामले में तुरंत एफआईआर दर्ज की जाए और जांच पूरी करके तीन महीने के अंदर एक विस्तृत रिपोर्ट दाखिल की जाए..न्यायमूर्ति आशा मेनन ने फैसले में कहा कि सभी तथ्यों को देखने से साफ जाहिर है कि पुलिस की ओर से निचली अदालत में पेश रिपोर्ट आखिरी रिपोर्ट नहीं थी, . मामले में एफआईआर दर्ज होनी चाहिए और इस तरह की जांच के निष्कर्ष पर पुलिस को धारा 173 सीआरपीसी के तहत एक आखिरी रिपोर्ट जमा करनी होगी.
