Subramanian Swamy Haridwar यह मामला जब मेरे संज्ञान में आया, तो मैंने इस पूरे विषय का गंभीरता से अध्ययन किया, एक एक बारिक पहलू को जाना| सुनकर थोड़ा अजीब भी लगा हैरान हुआ कि ऐसा कैसे हो सकता है, एक ही संस्थान में एक ही प्रक्रिया से नियुक्ति पाए कार्मिकों की वैधता में दो अलग-अलग निर्णय कैसे, कुछ लोगों की नियुक्ति को अवैध बताने के बाद भी बचाया गया है एवं कुछ लोगों को अवैध करार कर भेदभाव पूर्ण रवैया अपनाकर बर्खास्त भी कर दिया गया, यह कार्यवाही कहीं से भी उचित नहीं लगती| एक विधान एक संविधान का उल्लंघन हुआ है।

Subramanian Swamy Haridwar जब उत्तराखंड विधानसभा सचिवालय में भर्ती प्रक्रिया वर्ष 2001 से वर्ष 2022 तक एक समान है जो कि विधानसभा अध्यक्ष द्वारा गठित कोटिया कमेटी ने भी अपनी रिपोर्ट में स्पष्ट किया है साथ ही उत्तराखंड सरकार के महाधिवक्ता ने भी इस विषय पर अपनी कोई राय देने से इनकार किया है| अगर नियुक्तियों में नियमों का उल्लंघन हुआ है तो वह उत्तराखंड राज्य गठन के बाद से ही हुआ है लेकिन यह कहां का न्याय है की वर्ष 2001 से 2015 की नियुक्ति को संरक्षण दिया जा रहा है और वहीं वर्ष 2016 से वर्ष 2022 तक के कार्मिकों को 7 वर्ष की सेवा के उपरांत एक पक्षीय कार्यवाही कर बर्खास्त किया गया है इस निर्णय कि मैं घोर निंदा करता हूं |

Subramanian Swamy Haridwar उन्होंने कहा कि  उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी  को  पत्र लिखकर उन्होंने बर्खास्त कार्मिकों की बहाली के लिए अनुरोध किया था, उस पत्र पर क्या कार्रवाई हुई उन्हें वो भी नहीं पता है। उन्होंने कहा कि  बर्खास्त कार्मिकों की आवाज बन कर आया हूं, मैं चाहता हूं उत्तराखंड के इन युवाओं के साथ न्याय हो|  पहाड़ की युवक एवं युवतियां आज अपने जायज न्याय की मांग को लेकर 2 महीने से सड़कों पर बैठे हैं उनके साथ न्याय जरूर होना चाहिए, इसके लिए मैं इन कार्मिकों के साथ जुड़ा हूं | अगर न्याय सही हो तो कल्याणकारी साबित होता है अन्यथा न्याय को अन्याय बनने में समय नहीं लगता है
