Champion SGRR श्री गुरु राम राय विश्वविद्यालय की क्रिकेट टीम ने डीआईटी यूनीवर्सिटी की टीम को पराजित कर खिताबी जीत दर्ज की। डीआईटी श्रुति वार्षिक खेलकूल प्रतियोगिता-2023 में 8 विश्वविद्यालयों की क्रिकेट टीमों ने प्रतिभाग किया। 13 मार्च से 15 मार्च के बीच क्रिकेट के विभिन्न मुकाबले खेले गए।
श्री गुरु राम राय विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति श्रीमहंत देवेन्द्र दास जी महाराज ने विजेता टीम के खिलाड़ियों को बधाई दी व सम्मानित किया। यह जानकारी विश्वविद्यालय के खेल अधिकारी एस.पी जोशी ने दी।


Champion SGRR डीआईटी विश्वविद्यालय की ओर से हर वर्ष विश्वविद्यालीय स्तरीय क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया जाता है। श्री गुरु राम राय विश्वविद्यालय की क्रिकेट टीम जिला स्तर व राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता में कई पदक प्राप्त कर चुकी है। टीम के कप्तान अर्जुन सिंह व सभी सदस्यों को कुलाधिपति श्रीमहंत देवेन्द्र दास जी महाराज ने श्री दरबार साहिब में आशीर्वाद दिया व उज्जवल की शुभकामनाएं दीं। कुलाधिपति श्रीमहंत देवेन्द्र दास जी महाराज ने खेल अधिकारी एस.पी. जोशी का उत्साहवर्धन करते हुए खिलाड़ियों को और बेहतर सुविधाएं और तैयारी दिए जाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।
