  • Action on Corruption दरअसल उत्तराखंड में जब से पुष्कर सिंह धामी मुख्यमंत्री के तौर पर सत्ता में आए हैं उन्होंने हमेशा चौकानेवाले और कड़े फैसले लिए हैं। फिर चाहे शुरुआती दौर में मुख्य सचिव को बदलने का फैसला रहा हो या हर महीने नौकरशाही में चौकानेवाले फेरबदल ,  खुद सरकार के मंत्री और आईएएस अधिकारी नहीं जानते कि मुख्यमंत्री धामी के मन में क्या चल रहा है । लेकिन सीएम से जुड़े करीबी बताते हैं कि मुख्यमंत्री धामी केंद्र सरकार के भरोसे और पार्टी के छवि को हमेशा सर्वोपरि रखकर चल रहे हैं। ऐसे में अगर उन्हें आने वाले दिनों में अपने कैबिनेट साथियों के किसी भी तरह के प्रत्यक्ष या अप्रत्यक्ष भर्ती प्रकरण में लिप्त होने का अंदेशा भी मिलता है तो वह इस्तीफा मांगने में देर ना करेंगे क्योंकि नैतिकता के नाम पर तो इस्तीफा मांगा ही जा सकता है।

  • Action on Corruption विपक्ष भी लगातार यह दबाव बना रहा है कि जिन मंत्रियों का नाम भर्ती घोटाले में और खासकर विधानसभा की नियुक्तियों में नाम सामने आ रहा है उनसे जांच की आंच प्रभावित ना हो इसलिए इस्तीफा तुरंत ले लेना चाहिए। वही लगातार सीबीआई की मांग करते हुए कांग्रेस और आम आदमी पार्टी के साथ-साथ अब बेरोजगार संगठन भी हल्ला बोलने को तैयार है। यानी आप यह समझिए कि सरकार जो कुछ दिन पहले तक विकास की गाड़ी दौडाते हुए पहाड़ की तरफ आगे बढ़ रही थी उसके सामने पहाड़ जैसी एक बड़ी चुनौती आ गई है। जिस से निपटने में खुद मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी को कड़ी अग्नि परीक्षा भी देनी पड़ सकती है ।

  • Action on Corruption बीते एक हफ्ते की बात करें तो जिस तरह से लगातार हर मंच से मुख्यमंत्री अपने बयानों में पारदर्शिता,  ईमानदारी और भ्रष्टाचार पर जीरो टोलरेंस की बात कह रहे हैं उससे लगता है कि उन्होंने इशारा दे दिया है कि अगर उन्हें अपने किसी मंत्री से इस्तीफा भी मांगना पड़ा तो वह देर ना करेंगे । तो क्या यह माना जाए कि स्पीकर रितु खंडूरी के बयान, कड़ी जांच के आदेश और सीएम धामी के तेवर ने तथाकथित भर्ती घोटाले में सामने आ रहे कुछ नामों की नींद उड़ा दी है। 

 

 

  • Action on Corruption क्योंकि कयास लगाए जा रहे हैं कि केंद्रीय नेतृत्व लगातार इस मामले में धामी सरकार से रिपोर्ट ले रहा है। और बहुत संभव है कि एक या दो मंत्रियों पर बेहद कड़ी कार्यवाही का आदेश भी दिल्ली से आ जाए । 2024 विधानसभा चुनाव में जाने से पहले भाजपा किसी भी तरह के घोटाले या विवादित मुद्दे को हवा देना बिल्कुल नहीं चाहेगी क्योंकि यहां मामला सीधे मुख्यमंत्री धामी की युवा और धाकड़ छवि से जुडा है। उम्मीद की जानी चाहिए कि इस छवि को बनाने में अगर इक्कादुक्का मंत्रियों की कुर्सी का बलिदान भी करना पड़ेगा तो सीएम धामी एक पल की देर नहीं करेंगे।
