Angry Chief Minister : उत्तराखंड की राजनीति में इन दिनों बेहद अजीबोगरीब घटनाएं घट रही है। उत्तराखंड में प्रचंड बहुमत के साथ सत्ता चला  रही भारतीय जनता पार्टी के लिए बीते कुछ हफ्ते बेहद चुनौती भरे रहे हैं । इन दिनों प्रदेश के युवा मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के लिए भी एक-एक दिन काफी चुनौतियों भरा गुज़र रहा है।

  • Angry Chief Minister अगर हम बीते 1 या दो महीने  की बात करें तो जो घटनाएं प्रदेश में सामने आई है उसने सरकार की तो जैसे नींद ही उड़ा रखी है। भले ही पहाड़ में ठंडक बढ़ गई हो लेकिन राजनीति में गर्माहट लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है। देश को चौंकाते हुए जिस तरह से उत्तराखंड में यूके एसएससी भर्ती घोटाला सामने आया उसके बाद उत्तराखंड विधानसभा भर्ती कांड में  माननीयों की भाई भतीजावाद ने जमकर किरकिरी कराई ,

  • Angry Chief Minister एक तरफ सरकार , कैबिनेट और मंत्रियों में उलटफेर  संभावनाएं उफान मार रहीं थी कि इसी बीच मंत्री , विधायक , स्पीकर और तमाम अफसरों पर सवाल खड़े हो गए  और ये मामला जैसे-जैसे आगे बढ़ा उसी बीच प्रदेश को हिला देने वाला अंकिता भंडारी मर्डर केस सामने आ गया।  इसके बाद तो उत्तराखंड के हर जिले चौक चौराहे पर कैंडल मार्च और कानून व्यवस्था , महिला सुरक्षा के लिए इंसाफ की आवाज तेज होने लगी। धामी सरकार इन दो बड़े मसलों से निपटने में तेजी भी दिखा रही थी।

  •  Angry Chief Minister जल्द से जल्द गुनहगारों को बेनकाब करने के लिए आर्डर पर आर्डर जारी होने लगे और , भर्ष्टाचार पर बुलडोजर चलने लगे। इन सबके बीच एक और घटना सामने आ गई और वह थी उत्तरकाशी में एवलांच में पर्वतारोहियों की बेहद दर्दनाक मौत , इस घटना ने भी उत्तराखंड सरकार को बेहद परेशान कर दिया और राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर यह खबर मीडिया की सुर्खियों में बनी रही। दर्द बढ़ता जा रहा था और सरकार इलाज तलाश ही रही थी कि इस बीच एक और घटना  हो गई जिसमें अनेकों उत्तराखंडी ग्रामीणों के मौत ने प्रदेश को हिला दिया और वह थी बारातियों से भरी बस का खाई में गिर जाना ,  जिसका खुद मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मौके पर दौरा किया था और घायलों से मुलाकात की थी।

  •  Angry Chief Minister इस घटना को भी अभी कुछ ही वक्त गुजरा था कि उत्तराखंड की राजनीति में एक और भूचाल तब आ गया जब प्रदेश के उभरते हुए युवा कैबिनेट मंत्री और बहुगुणा खानदान की राजनीतिक विरासत को आगे बढ़ा रहे धामी सरकार के खासमखास और सितारगंज से विधायक सौरभ बहुगुणा की हत्या की साजिश रचने का सनसनीखेज मामला खुल गया ।  यह अपने आप में उत्तराखंड की शांत और सॉफ्ट पॉलिटिक्स के लिए अब तक का सबसे बड़ा चौंकाने वाला आपराधिक मामला बन गया जो पुलिस और सरकार के लिए किसी खतरे की घंटी से कम नहीं है। क्योंकि इसके बाद कई वरिष्ठ कैबिनेट मंत्रियों ने नेताओं की सुरक्षा पर गंभीर चिंता जाहिर की । पुलिस अभी इस मामले में आगे बढ़ ही रही थी कि उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस का अपराधियों को पकड़ने के लिए जो गोली कांड सामने आया उसने भी प्रदेश में बढ़ते आपराधिक घटना को जग जाहिर कर दिया ।

Angry Chief Minister अफसरों के माथे का पसीना सूखता भी नहीं की एक नया मसला सामने आ जाता है। आपराधिक घटनाओं का सिलसिला आगे और लंबा हुआ और अभी जनता इन मामले पर चर्चा कर ही रही थी कि पुलिस वालों पर भी हमले की घटनाएं सामने आने लगी और एक कैबिनेट मंत्री के रिश्तेदार के घर बड़ी डकैती हो गई । ताबड़तोड़ कानून व्यवस्था पर हो रहे इस तरह के आपराधिक हमले ने जैसे मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के सब्र को तोड़ दिया और खुद डीजीपी अशोक कुमार ने सरकार की टेढ़ी होती नजर को भांप लिया और मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय से निकला एक आदेश जिसमें था आलाधिकारियों के लिए तगड़ा अल्टीमेटम

  • Angry Chief Minister सीएम ऑफिस ने साफ़ कर दिया है दे दिया कि अगले 3 दिनों में अगर सभी अपराधिक घटनाओं का खुलासा नहीं हुआ तो बड़े स्तर पर बड़े पैमाने पर बड़े अधिकारियों को नापने में भी धामी  सरकार देर नहीं लगाएगी। यानी यह कहा जा सकता है कि धामी सरकार पार्ट 2 में जिस तरह से पहले 100 दिन शांत और योजनाओं को आगे बढ़ाने में गुजरे उसके बाद तो जैसे किसी की नजर ही इस प्रदेश को लग गई और धानी सरकार के साथ-साथ अधिकारियों की भी जमीन गर्म हो गई। घटना, दुर्घटना और घोटाला इन दिनों प्रदेश की राजनीति का केंद्र बन गया है..

  • Angry Chief Minister कांग्रेस ने तो बाकायदा डीजीपी अशोक कुमार के इस्तीफे की भी मांग कर डाली है , तो वही अंकिता हत्याकांड ने पार्टी को जैसे बैकफुट पर ही ला दिया है। यानी आप यह कह सकते हैं कि दिवाली का धमाका अभी बाकी है जो या तो सरकार की तरफ से होगा या फिर दिल्ली के इशारे पर पार्टी के अंदर …. प्रशासन और पुलिस महकमे से ही किसी बड़े धमाके की उम्मीद जरूर की जा सकती है क्योंकि अगर विकल्प संकल्प के साथ सर्वोत्तम राज्य बनाने के धानी सरकार के 2025 के लक्ष्य को पाना है तो पटरी से उतरती कानून व्यवस्था और अपराधियों के बढ़ते प्रभाव को रोकने के लिए धाकड़ धामी को धमाका जरूर करना पड़ेगा।
