CM on Migration मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पौड़ी में एन०सी०सी० कैडेट्स व अन्य प्रतिभाशाली स्कूली छात्र-छात्राओं के साथ “क्यों होता है गाँव से पलायन“ विषय पर मंथन किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं को सम्मानित भी किया। आपको बता दें कि पहाड़ से पलायन आज भी एक बड़ी समस्या है जिसका समाधान निकालने के प्रयास हर स्तर पर किये जा रहे हैं।

- CM on Migration मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड राज्य के लिए पलायन एक बड़ी चिंता का विषय है। कई गांव का खाली होना राज्य एवं देश की सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा भी है। उन्होंने कहा राज्य सरकार बड़े स्तर पर रिवर्स माइग्रेशन पर कार्य कर रही है। केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार की विभिन्न योजनाओं से लोगों को रोजगार एवं स्वरोजगार प्रदान कर गांव में रोकने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। कोरोना काल में लाखों प्रवासी भाई बहन अपने गांव आए। सरकार के लिए उन्हें स्वरोजगार से जोड़ना एक बड़ा अवसर था। कोरोना काल में कई युवाओं ने स्वरोजगार को अपनाया। आज वही युवा कई अन्य लोगों को भी रोजगार देने का कार्य कर रहे हैं। सरकारी एवं जनता के बीच आपसी समन्वय एवं सहभागिता से पलायन रुकेगा।
- CM on Migration मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि लोगों का रुझान लगातार होम स्टे की ओर बढ़ रहा है। राज्य सरकार होम स्टे को लगातार बढ़ावा देने का कार्य कर रही है। विभिन्न योजनाओं के अंतर्गत स्वयं सहायता समूह को ऋण वितरित किया जा रहा है। आज महिलाएं भी आत्मनिर्भर बन गांव से पलायन रोकने में अपनी अहम भूमिका निभा रही है। हमारा राज्य संभावनाओं से भरा हुआ है। इन संभावनाओं को हम प्रयास एवं परिश्रम से खोज सकते हैं, जिससे पलायन रुकेगा एवं लोगों को आर्थिक फायदा भी होगा। उन्होंने कहा हमारे युवा वर्ग को सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही विभिन्न जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से अवगत होना चाहिए।
