CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Decision अक्सर आप क़र्ज़ में दुबे उत्तराखंड की खबरें पढ़ते होंगे। बीते कई सालों से केंद्र के बढ़ते क़र्ज़ का मर्ज़ सरकारों के लिए चुनौती भी बनता रहा है। यही वजह है कि अब धाकड़ धामी सरकार ने एक और धमाकेदार फैसला किया है। राजधानी देहरादून में रोजाना मंहगे होटलों में आयोजित होने वाले सीएम के प्रोग्रामों को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने मुख्य सचिव को एक आदेश दिया है।

  • CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Decision इस आदेश के मुताबिक राजधानी में होटल या अन्य निजी स्थानों पर आयोजित होने वाले सरकारी कार्यक्रमों को मुख्यसेवक सदन में आयोजित किए जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया है साथ ही सभी जनपदों में भी यही कार्यप्रणाली लागू करने के लिए कहा है। मतलब बजट में कटौती और सरकारी मद से खर्च होने वाले पैसे को बचत का नया फार्मूला अब प्रदेश में लागू हो जायेगा।

  • CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Decision इसके पहले आज मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने ‘बीज बम अभियान सप्ताह’ का शुभारंभ किया। हिमालय पर्यावरण जड़ी-बूटी एग्रो संस्थान ‘जाड़ी’ द्वारा यह बीज बम अभियान सप्ताह 09 जुलाई से 15 जुलाई 2022 तक चलाया जा रहा है। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने पर्यावरण संरक्षण पर आधारित पुस्तक ‘हिमालयी जन सरोकार’ का विमोचन भी किया।

  • CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Decision मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि हिमालय पर्यावरण जड़ी-बूटी एग्रो संस्थान द्वारा द्वारिका प्रसाद सेमवाल के नेतृत्व में बीज बम अभियान की शुरूआत कर सराहनीय कार्य किया जा रहा है। यह मानव एवं वन्यजीव संघर्ष को कम करने की दिशा में सराहनीय कदम है। समय के साथ जैव विविधता प्रभावित हो रही है। जंगली जानवरों को जंगलों में खाद्य की उपलब्धता हो, इस दिशा में बीज बम अभियान एक अच्छा प्रयोग है। यह वैज्ञानिक तरीके से चलाया जा रहा अभियान है, जिसमें खर्चा भी बहुत कम है।

CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Decision मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कोई भी अभियान जन भागीदारी से ही बड़ा अभियान बनता है। सरकार द्वारा चलाये जा रहे अभियान तभी सफल होते हैं, जब उनमें अधिक से अधिक जन सहभागिता हो। उन्होंने कहा कि हम अपनी आने वाली पीढ़ियों को पर्यावरण संरक्षण एवं संवर्द्धन कर क्या दे सकते हैं, इस बारे में सबको गम्भीरता से सोचना होगा एवं इस दिशा में तेजी से आगे बढ़ने की जरूरत है। इकोलॉजी के संरक्षण की दिशा में राज्य सरकार अनेक कार्य कर रही है। उत्तराखण्ड में सकल पर्यावरणीय उत्पाद (जीईपी) का आकलन किया जा रहा है। राज्य सरकार इकोलॉजी एवं इकोनॉमी में सामंजस्य बनाने की दिशा में कार्य कर रही है।
