Congress President Gahlot राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत को कांग्रेस का राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष बनाया जा सकता है। पार्टी के पूर्व अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने अध्यक्ष पद की जिम्मेदारी लेने पर सहमति नहीं दी है। पार्टी में नए अध्यक्ष के चुनाव की प्रक्रिया 20 अगस्त से शुरू होनी है। अध्यक्ष पद को लेकर अभी कुछ भी स्पष्ट नहीं है। राहुल गांधी फिर से पार्टी का अध्यक्ष बनने से इंकार कर देते हैं तो पार्टी का अध्यक्ष कौन होगा इसे लेकर संशय बना हुआ है। ऐसे में राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत और वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे का नाम सामने आ रहा है।

- Congress President Gahlot अध्यक्ष पद को लेकर कांग्रेस बैकफुट पर है। पार्टी के विकल्प बहुत कम है। अगर अशोक गहलोत को कांग्रेस का राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष बनाया गया तो राजस्थान में सचिन पायलट के मुख्यमंत्री बनने की राह आसान हो सकती है। कांग्रेस में अगर राहुल गांधी अध्यक्ष बनने से इनकार करते हैं तो माना जा रहा है कि राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत को पार्टी का अध्यक्ष बनाया जा सकता है। गहलोत ओबीसी नेता है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक गहलोत ने अध्यक्ष पद के लिए अभी अपनी सहमति नहीं दी है। लेकिन अगर गहलोत मान जाते हैं तो इसका सीधा फायदा उनके नजदीकी प्रतिद्वंदी राजस्थान के पूर्व उपमुख्यमंत्री और पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष सचिन पायलट को होगा।
- Congress President Gahlot सचिन पायलट को राजस्थान का मुख्यमंत्री बनाया जा सकता है। पायलट ने जुलाई 2020 में गहलोत के खिलाफ बगावत की थी। उसके बाद वे वापस पार्टी में शामिल हो गए थे। तब से पायलट मुख्यमंत्री बनने का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। राहुल गांधी खुद उनके धैर्य की तारीफ कर चुके हैं। वही राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष पद के लिए मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे का नाम भी सामने आ रहा है। वह पार्टी के दलित नेता है और राज्यसभा में विपक्ष के नेता हैं। उन्हें भी इस पद के लिए मनाया जा सकता है। लेकिन मलिकार्जुन खड़गे की उम्र और स्वास्थ्य बाधा बन सकते है। कांग्रेस में अध्यक्ष पद की चुनाव प्रक्रिया 20 अगस्त से शुरू होनी है। लेकिन संभावना इस बात की भी पूरी है कि चुनाव प्रक्रिया को टाला जा सकता है। पार्टी ने दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान पर होने वाली महंगाई विरोधी रैली को भी आगे खिसका दिया है। पार्टी ने घोषणा की है कि महंगाई पर हल्ला बोल रैली जो 28 अगस्त को होनी थी। वह अब सितंबर में होगी।
