DHAMI 2 BILL PASSED उत्तराखंड में विधानसभा अनुपूरक बजट सत्र के दूसरे दिन दो महत्वपूर्ण विधेयक विधानसभा में ध्वनिमत से पास हो गए हैं। उत्तराखंड धर्म स्वतंत्रता (संशोधन) विधेयक 2022 के पास होने के बाद प्रदेश में धर्मांतरण को लेकर कठोर कानून की प्रावधान हो गया है। इसके अलावा उत्तराखंड लोकसेवा (महिलाओं के क्षैतिज आरक्षण) विधेयक 2022 से प्रदेश में महिलाओं को 30 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण की व्यवस्था एक बार फिर से लागू हो जाएगी।

- DHAMI 2 BILL PASSED मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी सरकार की यह अपने आप में बड़ी उपलब्धि है। कुछ दिन पूर्व राज्य सरकार ने इन दोनों विधेयकों को कैबिनेट से मंजूरी दी थी। बुधवार को विधानसभा में इन विधेयकों के पास होने से प्रदेश में इसे लागू करने की जल्द अधिसूचना जारी हो जाएगी।

- DHAMI 2 BILL PASSED मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड देवभमि है यहां पर धर्मान्तरण जैसी चीजें हमारे लिए बहुत घातक है इसलिए सरकार ने यह निर्णय लिया था कि प्रदेश में धर्मान्तरण पर रोक के लिए कठोर से कठोर कानून बने। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार का प्रयास है कि इस कानून को पूरी दृढ़ता से प्रदेश में लागू किया जाएगा।
- वहीं उत्तराखण्ड में महिलाओं के क्षैतिज आरक्षण विधेयक को लेकर मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड निर्माण में मातृशक्ति का बहुत बड़ा योगदान है और सरकार ने यह पहले ही तय किया था कि विषम भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों वाले इस प्रदेश में मातृशक्ति का सम्मान करते हुए उन्हें इस क्षैतिज आरक्षण का लाभ मिले।महिलाओं के लिए राज्याधीन सेवाओं में क्षैतिज आरक्षण की व्यवस्था देने करने यह अधिनियम मातृ शक्ति को समर्पित है।
