Dhami on 1 Year एक साल पूरे होने पर सीएम धामी ने प्रदेश की सम्मानित जनता को संदेश दिया है और कहा कि उनका आशीर्वाद और भरपूर स्नेह मिला है। इसके लिए माताओं, बहनों, बुजुर्गों और युवा साथियों का बहुत आभार व्यक्त करता हूं। प्रदेश के इतिहास में ये पहली बार था की किसी सरकार को दुबारा जनता ने अपना आशीर्वाद दिया हो।  मैं विश्वास दिलाता हूं कि आमजन ने जो विश्वास और भरोसा हम पर जताया है, उस पर हमारी सरकार खरा उतरने का पूरा प्रयास करेगी। माननीय प्रधानमन्त्री  नरेन्द्र मोदी  के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखंड को वर्ष 2025 तक हर क्षेत्र में अग्रणी राज्य बनाने के लिए हम संकल्पबद्ध हैं। मैं इस अवसर पर उत्तराखण्ड राज्य निर्माण के सभी अमर शहीदों और राज्य आंदोलनकारियों को श्रद्धापूर्वक नमन करता हूं।

Dhami on 1 Year स्वर्गीय अटल जी ने उत्तराखण्ड बनाया था तो देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी इसे संवारने का काम कर रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री का उत्तराखण्ड से विशेष लगाव किसी से छुपा नहीं है। उनके मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखण्ड तेजी से विकास की ओर अग्रसर हो रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री  के नेतृत्व में आज भारत की शक्ति और सामर्थ्य को पूरे विश्व ने पहचाना है, माना है। यह भारत की बढ़ती शक्ति का परिणाम है कि भारत को G20 की अध्यक्षता मिली है। बड़ी प्रसन्नता की बात है कि उत्तराखण्ड में भी G 20 की तीन बैठकें आयोजित की जा रही हैं।

Dhami on 1 Year हमारी सरकार युवाओं के लिए समर्पित सरकार है। हमने भर्ती माफिया के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही की है। विभिन्न प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में धांधली करने वाले 80 से ज्यादा लोगों को जेल में डाला है। हमारे युवाओं के साथ कोई धोखा करने की सोचे भी नहीं, इसके लिये हमने देश का सबसे कड़ा नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया है। पूरी पारदर्शिता और समयबद्धता से परीक्षाओं का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। तीन परीक्षाओं का सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन किया जा चुका है। अन्य परीक्षाओं का आयोजन जारी कैलेण्डर के अनुसार किया जा रहा है।

Dhami on 1 Year हमने चुनावों से पहले समान नागरिक संहिता का वायदा किया था और जनता जनार्दन से हमें भरपूर आशीर्वाद भी मिला। समान नागरिक संहिता के लिये गठित समिति जनप्रतिनिधियों, विभिन्न संगठनों, संस्थाओं, आमजन आदि से सुझाव लेकर ड्राफ्ट तैयार कर रही है।  जबरन या प्रलोभन से धर्म परिवर्तन पर रोक लगाने के लिये हमारी सरकार ने उत्तराखंड धर्म स्वतंत्रता(संशोधन) विधेयक पारित किया है। इसके मायने यह हुए कि प्रदेश में अब मतांतरण कराने वालों पर रोक लगेगी। 
 हमारे प्रदेश की बहनें बहुत ही कठिन परिस्थितियों में काम करती हैं। हमने प्रदेश में महिलाओं को 30 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण की व्यवस्था कानून बना कर एक बार लागू की है।

Dhami on 1 Year पिछले वर्षों में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा विभिन्न महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाएं प्रदेश के लिए स्वीकृत हुई हैं।  प्रधानमंत्री स्वयं केदारनाथ धाम के पुनर्निर्माण कार्यों तथा बदरीनाथ धाम के विकास कार्यों का अनुश्रवण कर रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री ने गौरीकुण्ड-केदारनाथ और गोविंदघाट-हेमकुण्ट साहिब रोपवे का शिलान्यास किया है। प्रधानमंत्री  के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश में मल्टी मॉडल कनेक्टीवीटी पर अभूतपूर्व काम हुआ है।  हमारी सरकार जो कहती है वो करती है। हमने जनता से जो भी वायदे किये हैं, उन्हें अवश्य पूरा करेंगे। हमने समान नागरिक संहिता की दिशा में मजबूत पहल की है। राज्य के अन्त्योदय परिवारों को वर्ष में 3 गैस रीफिल निशुल्क दी जा रही है।

Dhami on 1 Year स्कूली शिक्षा और उच्च शिक्षा में नई राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति की शुरूआत करने में उत्तराखण्ड देश के अग्रणी राज्यों में है।  राज्य में खेल और खिलाड़ियों के प्रोत्साहन के लिए नई खेल नीति लाई गई है। उद्योगों को आकर्षित करने के लिये लघु एवं सूक्ष्म उद्योग विभाग ने कस्टमाइज पैकेज की नीति तैयार की है। नई स्टार्ट अप नीति भी तैयार की गई है। एम.एस.एम.ई के तहत निजी क्षेत्र में औद्योगिक संस्थानों की स्थापना की जाएगी।उद्योग अनुकूल नीतियों और प्रभावी सिंगल विंडो सिस्टम से निवेशक राज्य में आए हैं। 
Dhami on 1 Year हमने राज्य में निशुल्क जांच योजना प्रारम्भ की है। इसके तहत मरीजों को 207 प्रकार की पैथेलॉजिकल जांचों की निशुल्क सुविधा मिल रही है। आयुष्मान उत्तराखण्ड योजना में प्रदेश के सभी परिवारों को 5 लाख रूपये वार्षिक तक के निशुल्क ईलाज की सुविधा दी जा रही है।  टेली मेडिसिन के लिए 400 प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों को 04 मेडिकल कॉलेज से जोड़ा गया है।उधमसिंहनगर जिले में एम्स का सैटेलाईट सेंटर बनने से एक बड़ी आबादी को उच्च स्तरीय चिकित्सा सुविधा मिलेगी। हमारी सरकार अन्त्योदय की भावना के अनुरूप विकास का लाभ, अंतिम छोर पर खड़े व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाने का प्रयास कर रही है। लोगों को योजनाओं का लाभ मिले और उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान हो, इसके लिए सरलीकरण, समाधान, निस्तारण और संतुष्टि पर खास तौर पर फोकस किया गया है।
Dhami on 1 Year अपणि सरकार पोर्टल,  ई-ऑफिस, सीएम हेल्पलाईन, के चलते कार्यसंस्कृति में गुणात्मक सुधार हुआ है। भ्रष्टाचार पर रोक लगाने के लिये भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त एप 1064 लांच किया गया। वोकल फॉर लोकल पर आधारित ‘एक जनपद दो उत्पाद’ योजना से स्थानीय उत्पादों को पहचान मिलेगी। सांस्कृतिक राष्ट्रवाद की दिशा में आगे बढ़ते हुए केदारनाथ धाम और बदरीनाथ धाम की तर्ज पर कुमाऊ के पौराणिक और प्राचीन मंदिरों के विकास के लिय हम मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन पर काम कर रहे हैं।
Dhami on 1 Yearअपनी माताओं और बहनों के सशक्तिकरण के लिये हमने ‘मुख्यमंत्री लखपति दीदी योजना’ की शुरूआत की। इसके तहत हमने वर्ष 2025 तक महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी 1.25 लाख बहनों को लखपति बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा है। इकोलॉजी और इकोनॉमी में संतुलन के लिए इस बार बजट में हमने कुल पूंजीगत परिव्यय का 0.5 प्रतिशत जलवायु परिवर्तन शमन के लिए प्रावधान किया है। पर्यावरण संरक्षण की दिशा में हमारे द्वारा ये पहल की गई है।हमने राज्य आंदोलनकारियों के लिए 10 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण का निर्णय लिया है।

इस वर्ष हमें जोशीमठ भू धंसाव जैसी  प्राकृतिक आपदा का सामना करना पड़ा। लेकिन स्थानीय लोगों के सहयोग से सरकार द्वारा कुशल प्रबंधन तथा त्वरित राहत एवं बचाव कार्यों को सुनिश्चित करते हुए किसी प्रकार की जीवन हानि नहीं होने दी गई। वर्ष 2025 उत्तराखण्ड को को देश का नम्बर एक राज्य बनाने के लिये हम विकल्प रहित संकल्प के साथ काम कर रहे हैं। हम विश्वास के साथ कह सकते हैं कि हम समृद्ध, सशक्त और आत्मनिर्भर उत्तराखण्ड का निर्माण करेंगे।”
