- जबलपुर में रेप का आरोप झेल रहे एक युवक के पिता ने बताया कि ये लड़कियां अच्छे घरों के लड़कों से संपर्क बनाती हैं। फिर घूमने-फिरने के बहाने उनके वीडियो बना लेती है। वीडियो से ब्लैकमेल करती हैं। फिर रेप की FIR कराती हैं। यदि पीड़िता दलित-आदिवासी हुई, तो आर्थिक सहायता भी मिलती है। यही नहीं, कोर्ट में होस्टाइल होने से पहले समझौते के एवज में भी वह लाभ प्राप्त करती है। इसमें कुछ बिचौलिए भी सक्रिय रहते हैं। पीड़िताओं को मिलने वाली मदद का एक हिस्सा उन्हें भी मिलता है।

- False Rape Allegations Case ग्वालियर की महिला बताती हैं, कुछ महीने पहले तक मैं एक नामी स्कूल में लेक्चरर थी। मेरे 2 बच्चे हैं। पति का बिजनेस था। सामान के ऑर्डर को लेकर एक महिला पति के संपर्क में आ गई। मेल-जोल बढ़ा और फिर ब्लैकमेलिंग का खेल शुरू हो गया। पहली FIR 30 जून 2021 को भोपाल के निशातपुरा थाने में दर्ज हुई। इसमें जमानत मिली तो 10 अक्टूबर 2021 को एमपी नगर थाने में दूसरी FIR हो गई। मैं फोन पर गिड़गिड़ाती रही कि सर, महिला की शिकायत झूठी है, लेकिन पुलिस नहीं मानी। पुलिस भी ऐसे लोगों के साथ मिली होती है। बाद में पता चला कि इससे पहले यही महिला 23 सितंबर 2021 को एक और व्यक्ति के खिलाफ रेप की FIR दर्ज करा चुकी है। इसी महिला ने 5 महीने में रेप के 3 केस दर्ज कराए। कचहरी के चक्कर लगाते-लगाते यह भी पता चला कि इसी महिला ने 2014 में भी ऐसी ही 3 झूठी FIR कराई थीं। उसे विभाग से दुष्कर्म पीड़िता के तौर पर आर्थिक मदद भी जारी हो गई। पति ने 27 लाख रुपए में दुकान बेच दी। दो कारें थी, वो भी बिक गईं। मेरे स्कूल में फोन करके कहा गया कि इसके पति पर रेप की FIR है। नौकरी भी छीन ली गई। अब सब कुछ बर्बाद हो गया। बच्चे प्राइवेट स्कूलों में पढ़ते थे। अब फीस भरने के पैसे नहीं हैं। साल भर से स्कूल नहीं जा रहे हैं। उस महिला ने जीना हराम कर दिया है।
कहानी-2. जबलपुर में एक महिला की 5 FIR, पुलिस और कुछ वकीलों पर गैंग में शामिल होने का आरोप
