- Gucchi Mushroom असल में एक पहाड़ी सब्जी है और यह उत्तराखंड , हिमाचल प्रदेश के चंबा, कुल्लू, मनाली के जंगलों के अलावा कश्मीर के कुछ इलाकों में भी पाई जाती है… यह असल में फूलों और बीज से भरे गुच्छों की सब्जी है, जिसे सुखाकर सब्जी के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है… पहाड़ी लोग इसे टटमोर या डुंघरू भी कहते हैं, जबकि भारत के प्राचीन आयुर्वेंदिक ग्रंथ चरकसंहिता में इसे ‘सर्पच्छत्रक’ कहा गया है, जो शरीर के लिए शीतल और मधुर होती है और प्रतिश्याय (साइनस) के लिए रामबाण मानी गई है… पहाड़ों के ऊपरी इलाकों मे यह फरवरी से अप्रैल माह तक ही उगती है और स्थानीय लोग ही इस तक पहुंच पाते हैं….
- गुच्छी Gucchi Mushroom को पहाड़ी लोग तो इसे कम कीमत पर बेच देते हैं, लेकिन आपकी प्लेट तक आते-आते इसके दाम बहुत अधिक हो जाते हैं… जानी-मानी शॉपिंग वेबसाइट अमेजोन पर इसकी कीमत 35 से 41 हजार रुपये के बीच बताई गई है…. दिल्ली के जाने-माने फाइव स्टार होटल आईटीसी मौर्य के दमपुख्त (Dum Pukht) रेस्तरां में इसकी सब्जी का दाम 2050 रुपये और गुच्छी कबाब की कीमत 1490 रुपये है…. गुरुग्राम स्थित साइबर सिटी के रेस्तरां पंजाब ग्रिल में तंदूरी गुच्छी की कीमत 1195 रुपये है, जबकि यहां का तंदूरी मुर्ग मात्र 625 रुपये में मिलता है… इस रेस्तरां में गुच्छी पुलाव की कीमत 1045 रुपये है तो मटन बिरयानी मात्र 725 रुपये की है….
