Layer Shot Ads देश क्या यही देखना चाहता है ? अगर नहीं तो क्यों ऐसा कंटेंट परोसा जा रहा है ?  किसी भी इत्र या बॉडी स्प्रे (Deo Ad) के विज्ञापन में अक्सर महिलाओं की मौजूदगी ज़रूर होती है, लेकिन इस बार कुछ ऐसा विज्ञापन बना दिया गया, जिससे बवाल मच गया है. दिल्ली महिला आयोग (Delhi Commission of Women) ने इस विज्ञापन को रेप को बढ़ावा देना वाला करार दिया है. दिल्ली महिला आयोग ने इसे लेकर केंद्र सरकार को पत्र लिखकर महिला विरोधी विज्ञापन को हटाने की मांग की। वहीं, केंद्रीय सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय ने ट्विटर, यूट्यूब से इस विज्ञापन के सभी वीडियोज़ को हटाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

  • Layer Shot Ads  दिल्ली महिला आयोग (DCW) ने विज्ञापन से ‘‘सामूहिक बलात्कार की संस्कृति को बढ़ावा मिलता है’’ और मामले में दिल्ली पुलिस (Delhi Police) को नोटिस भी जारी किया गया है. आपत्तिजनक विज्ञापन का वर्णन करते हुए पत्र में कहा गया है, ‘‘दिल्ली महिला आयोग को एक परफ्यूम ब्रांड का महिला विरोधी विज्ञापन मिला है.’’

  • अनुराग ठाकुर को लिखे अपने पत्र में डीसीडब्ल्यू की अध्यक्ष स्वाति मालीवाल ने  Layer Shot Ads विज्ञापन पर तत्काल कार्रवाई की मांग की. उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि कुछ जांच और संतुलन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए मजबूत तंत्र बनाया जाना चाहिए कि बलात्कार संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने वाले ऐसे ‘‘भद्दे’’ विज्ञापन फिर कभी नहीं दिखाए जाएं. उन्होंने परफ्यूम ब्रांड पर भारी जुर्माना लगाने की भी मांग की, ताकि अन्य कंपनियां ‘‘सस्ते प्रचार के लिए ऐसी गंदी रणनीति’’ नहीं अपनाएं. दिल्ली पुलिस को नौ जून तक मामले में की गई कार्रवाई पर रिपोर्ट देने को कहा गया है. स्वाति मालीवाल ने कहा, ‘‘यह कैसी रचनात्मक प्रक्रिया है जो विषाक्त पुरुषत्व को सबसे खराब रूप ढंग से बढ़ावा देती है और सामूहिक बलात्कार की संस्कृति को प्रोत्साहित करती है?

  •   Layer Shot Ads टीवी के कई चैनल्स पर इसके दो एड दिखाए जा रहे हैं. ये दोनों एड  परफ्यूम के हैं।  एड में है कि – एक लड़की एक लड़के के साथ कमरे में बैठी है, तभी चार लड़के आते हैं और लड़की के साथ बैठे लड़के से कहा- शॉट तो मारा होगा, इस पर लड़का कहता है कि हाँ. फिर वो चार लड़के कहते हैं कि अब हमारी बारी है. लड़के के साथ बैठी लड़की डरे सहमें तरीके से लड़कों को देखती है. इतने में ही लड़के वहां रखा ‘शॉट’ परफ्यूम उठा लेते हैं और लड़की की जान में जान आती है.

  •   Layer Shot Ads का एक और विज्ञापन है. इसमें दिखाया गया है कि एक लड़की एक स्टोर में शॉपिंग कर रही है. चार लड़के उसके पीछे खड़े होते हैं और कहते हैं कि ये एक और हम चार. क्या लगता है पहले शॉट कौन मारेगा. ये सुन लड़की सहम जाती है. इतने में ही लड़के वहीं रखे इकलौते शॉट परफ्यूम को उठा लेते हैं. और लड़की की जान में जान आती है. दोनों ही विज्ञापन द्विअर्थी हैं और देखने पर लगता है लड़के अपनी शॉट वाली बातें लड़कियों के लिए ही कह रहे हैं.

  • आखिर ये अश्लीलता फैलाने के पीछे वो क्या मंशा रखते है ? क्या सनसनीखेज Layer Shot Ads प्रचार परोस कर घर परिवार के वीच स्वथ्य मनोरंजन तलाश रहे दर्शकों के साथ ये फूहड़ और आपत्तिजनक मजाक नहीं है। ऐसे निर्माताओं पंर सख्त कार्यवाही करने की भी ज़रूरत है।
