Madarsa Politics इन्हीं में एक है उत्तराखंड मदरसा बोर्ड ….. जहां फिलहाल 11 कर्मचारियों के सहारे प्रदेश की 14 फीसद मुसलमानों के मुस्तकबिल को सवारने की योजनाएं फाइलों में चलाई जाती है…. हर महीने लाखों की तनख्वाह बांटने वाला यह विभाग अब अपने वजूद की लड़ाई लड़ रहा है… विभाग से जुड़े सूत्र बेहद निराशा भरे अंदाज में कहते हैं कि समकक्षता न होने की वजह से 13 जिले में फैले सैकड़ों मदरसों में पढ़ने वाले बच्चों का मोह भंग हो रहा है और बीते 5 साल का आंकड़ा देखें तो यह काफी निराश करने वाला है… हमने जब मदरसा बोर्ड में पिछले 5 साल के आंकड़े खंगाले तो हमें भी चौंकाने वाले तथ्य नजर आए
- Madarsa Politics साल 2018 में जहां प्रदेश के 5518 परीक्षार्थियों ने परीक्षा दी थी तो वहीं 2022 में यह आंकड़ा घटते हुए 3141 ही रह गया है , मुंशी यानी हाई स्कूल की बात करें तो 2018 में जहां 993 बच्चों ने परीक्षा दी थी तो वहीं 2022 में यह आंकड़े घटकर 486 हो गए हैं…. कामिल की बात करें तो 2018 में जहां यह आंकड़ा 1280 था 2020 में 1521 हुआ और 2022 में घटकर केवल 836 गया।
- Madarsa Politics मदरसा बोर्ड के जिम्मेदार बताते हैं कि बीते कई सालों से समकक्षता कि फाइल लेकर वह सचिवालय से लेकर मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय और विभागीय मंत्री के दफ्तरों के चक्कर काट रहे हैं लेकिन अभी तक यह मसला हल नहीं हुआ है। यही वजह है कि जब यहां से बच्चे पढ़ कर बाहर निकलते हैं तो उनकी डिग्रियों का कोई मोल नहीं होता और वह एक रद्दी के बराबर मानी जाती है। ऐसे में बच्चों का मोहभंग होना लाजमी है।
Madarsa Politics आपको बता दें कि उत्तराखंड में इस वक्त अल्पसंख्यक विभाग की जिम्मेदारी कैबिनेट मंत्री चंदन राम दास के पास है ऐसे में जब हमने 5 साल में मदरसों की हालत पर रिसर्च किया तो यह कड़वा सच सामने निकल कर आया कि अधिकारियों की लाख कोशिशों के बावजूद न तो मदरसा बोर्ड की डिग्रियों को समकक्षता मिल रही है और ना ही अभी तक यहां विभाग को मुकम्मल स्टाफ मिला है। परीक्षाएं भी जो कराई जा रही हैं वह उत्तर प्रदेश के भरोसे हो रही है लेकिन सफेद हाथी साबित हो रहे अल्पसंख्यक भवन में मौजूद मदरसा बोर्ड की बदहाली पर किसी की नजर नहीं जा रही है। अल्पसंख्यक समाज के लोगों का कहना है कि विभाग न कोई जागरूकता कैम्प लगाया जाता है और न ही कोई माइनॉरिटी से जुड़े सरकारी आयोजन किये जाते हैं।
- Madarsa Politics प्रदेश में अल्पसंख्यक समाज की योजनाओं पर न कोई आयोजन होता है ना कोई जन जागरूकता होती है न सरकार और विभाग की तरफ से कोई प्रयास किया जाता है। यही वजह है की तमाम योजनाएं होने के बावजूद अल्पसंख्यक समाज अपने अधिकारों से वंचित रहता है और गरीब बच्चों को पढ़ने का इकलौता साधन मदरसा भी अब सवालों के घेरे में हैं. ऐसे में मदरसा बोर्ड की बेचारगी और लाचारी साफ नजर आ रही है। ऐसे में जब मदरसा बोर्ड बेचारा और लाचार है तो उसका बंद होना या चलना कोई मायने नहीं रखता है
