Millets Mahotsav Uttarakhand   मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने श्री अन्न महोत्सव 2023 का शुभारंभ किया। चार दिन तक चलने वाले इस श्री अन्न महोत्सव में प्रदेशभर से हजारों किसान प्रतिभाग कर रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर मिलेट्स पर आधारित विभिन्न स्टालों का निरीक्षण किया एवं कृषि विभाग उत्तराखण्ड की पौष्टिक फसलों पर आधारित पुस्तक ‘‘स्वाद के साथ स्वास्थ्य’’ का विमोचन किया।

Millets Mahotsav Uttarakhand   मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज का यह आयोजन ‘श्री अन्न’ को बढ़ावा देने में मील का पत्थर साबित होगा। इस तरह के आयोजनों से न केवल मोटे अनाज की खेती को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, बल्कि इससे किसानों को भी मोटे अनाजों से संबंधित आवश्यक जानकारियां प्राप्त होंगी। देश में वर्ष 2023 को ’’मिलेट्स ईयर’’ के रूप में मनाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी  के मार्गदर्शन व दूरदर्शिता के कारण ही आज समस्त विश्व हमारे देश की परंपरागत फसलों के महत्व को समझ रहा है। भारत के प्रस्ताव पर ही ’’संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ’’ ने 2023 को अंतरराष्ट्रीय मिलेट्स वर्ष घोषित किया है।

Millets Mahotsav Uttarakhand मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ’’श्री अन्न’’ केवल खेती या खाने तक सीमित नहीं हैं, जहां ’’श्री’’ होता है वहां समृद्धि भी होती है, समग्रता होती है और विजय होती है। इसलिए प्रधानमंत्री जी ने मिलेट्स को ’’श्री अन्न’’ की संज्ञा दी है।’’श्री अन्न’’ भारत में समग्र विकास का माध्यम बन रहा है इसमें गांव और गरीब जुड़ा है और अब देश का प्रत्येक नागरिक भी इससे जुड़ रहा है। श्री अन्न फसलों में पौषणीय तत्व के साथ-साथ औषधीय गुण भी पाये जाते है।
Millets Mahotsav Uttarakhand   मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में सरकार द्वारा मिलेट फसलों को प्रोत्साहन तथा आम जनमानस के भोजन में सम्मिलित करने हेतु लगभग 73 करोड़ रुपए की धनराशि स्टेट मिलेट मिशन को दी गई है। जैविक कृषि के साथ-साथ राष्ट्रीय प्राकृतिक कृषि मिशन योजना का क्रियान्वयन प्रदेश के 11 जनपदों में इस वर्ष से आरम्भ किया जा रहा है। इसके लिए भारत सरकार द्वारा 6400 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर लगभग 796 लाख के कृषि मिशन कार्यक्रम के संचालन की स्वीकृति भी प्रदान कर दी गई है।  उन्होंने प्रदेशवासियों से अपील की है कि लोक पर्व एवं त्योहारों में श्री अन्न को अवश्य शामिल करें।
Millets Mahotsav Uttarakhand  इस अवसर पर उत्तर प्रदेश के कृषि मंत्री सूर्य प्रताप शाही ने कहा कि देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड में प्राचीन काल से ही श्री अन्न की खेती होती थी। देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड मोटे अनाजों की राजधानी रही है। राज्य में किसानों से मंडुवे को एमसपी पर लेने एवं इसके लिए महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों की महिलाओं को जो इन्सेन्टिव देने की व्यवस्था की गई यह सराहनीय प्रयास है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज दुनिया श्री अन्न के महत्व को समझ रही है। उत्तर प्रदेश में भी पौष्टिक आहारों को तेजी से प्रमोट किया जा रहा है।

Millets Mahotsav Uttarakhand  प्रदेश के कृषि मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में राज्य में मिलेट्स के क्षेत्र में लगातार कार्य हो रहे हैं। राज्य में अनाजों की उपज बढ़ रही है। किसानों को मोटे अनाजों के उत्पादन कर अच्छा मूल्य मिले इसके लिए राज्य में मंडुवे की एमएसपी 35 रूपये 78 पैसे रखी गई है। किसानों से एमएसपी पर मंडुआ लेने पर महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों को प्रति किलो मंडुवे पर 1.50 रुपये इन्सेंटिव की व्यवस्था की गई है। 2025 तक राज्य के सवा लाख बहनों को लखपति दीदी बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।
