PCS Transfer होली से पहले एक बार फिर उत्तराखंड सरकार ने कई विशेष अफसरों के ट्रांसफर कर उन्हें नई जिम्मेदारियां दी है इसमें सबसे बड़ा नाम हिमांशु कफल्टिया का है जिन्हें डिप्टी कलेक्टर चमोली से हटाकर परीक्षा नियंत्रक उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग बनाया गया है

PCS Transfer  तो वही टिहरी के अपर जिलाधिकारी रामजी शरण वर्मा को देहरादून का नया अपर जिलाधिकारी बनाया गया है .. अब तक परीक्षा नियंत्रक उत्तराखंड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग और संयुक्त सचिव लोक सेवा आयोग हरिद्वार का प्रभार देख रही शालिनी नेगी को उप जिलाधिकारी देहरादून बनाया गया है वही बात करें देहरादून के अपर जिला अधिकारी कृष्ण कुमार मिश्र का तो उन्हें अब अपर जिलाधिकारी टिहरी और सचिव जिला विकास प्राधिकरण टिहरी का अतिरिक्त प्रभार दिया गया है …

PCS Transfer  सूत्रों का कहना है कि तमाम तरह के उठापटक और अफसरों के बैकग्राउंड को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी अभी बड़े पैमाने पर ब्यूरोक्रेसी में बदलाव करेंगे और कई जिलों के जिलाधिकारी सहित बड़े पदों पर लंबे समय से एक ही जगह पर जमे अफसरों को भी इधर से उधर किया जाएगा … संभव है कि होली के तुरंत बाद बड़ी संख्या में एक बार फिर ब्यूरोक्रेसी में फेरबदल देखने को मिलेगी ..इन सब के पीछे का आधार मंत्रियों की निजी राय ,  विधायकों का फीडबैक और कार्यकर्ताओं का अनुभव बताया जा रहा है … इसी कड़ी में अब तबादलों का एक नया दौर शुरू होगा
