RBI Digital Currency आरबीआई की ओर से जारी किए गए कांसेप्ट नोट में बताया गया है कि केंद्रीय बैंक डिजिटल मुद्रा का परीक्षण करने के लिए सीमित उपयोग के साथ जल्द ही ई- रुपये का पायलट प्रोजेक्ट को लांच करेगा। इस कांसेप्ट नोट में टेक्नोलॉजी और डिजाइन के साथ डिजिटल रुपये के उपयोग एवं इसे जारी करने के सिस्टम पर चर्चा की गई है। इसके बाद अब माना जा रहा है कि जल्द लोगों को रुपये का डिजिटल अवतार देखने को मिलेगा। आइए जानते हैं कि डिजिटल रुपया आम आदमी के लिए कितना उपयोगी साबित होगा।
RBI Digital Currency ई-रुपये का क्या होगा इस्तेमाल?
- RBI Digital Currency आरबीआई के मुताबिक, रुपये के डिजिटल अवतार के दो वर्जन को लॉन्च किया जाएगा। पहला इंटरबैंक सेटलमेंट के लिए थोक में उपयोग होगा और दूसरा खुदरा के लिए होगा। आरबीआई की ओर से प्रस्तावित इनडायरेक्ट मॉडल के अनुसार, खुदरा ग्राहक अपने बैंक या फिर सर्विस प्रोवाइडर के द्वारा दिए गए वॉलेट में डिजिटल रुपये को रख सकते हैं।

- RBI Digital Currency ई- रुपये को आरबीआई की ओर से जारी किया जाएगा। इसे सरकारी मान्यता होगी। वहीं, बिटकॉइन के साथ सभी क्रिप्टोकरेंसी का स्वरूप गैर- सरकारी है। हालांकि इसमें बिटकॉइन की तरह ही ब्लॉक चेन टेक्नोलॉजी का उपयोग किया जाता सकता है, लेकिन इस पर स्थिति स्पष्ट नहीं है। इसे न ही आप बिटकॉइन की तरह माइन कर सकते हैं। रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा जारी डिजिटल मुद्रा में भारतीय करेंसी की तरह विशिष्ट अंक होंगे. यह ‘फ्लैट’ मुद्रा से भिन्न नहीं होगी. यह उसका डिजिटल रूप होगा. एक प्रकार से कह सकते हैं कि यह सरकारी गारंटी वाला डिजिटल वॉलेट होगा

- RBI Digital Currency ई- रुपये के डिजिटल अवतार टोकन आधारित होगा। इसका मतलब यह है कि आप जिस व्यक्ति को पैसे भेजना चाहते हैं, उसकी पब्लिक की के जरिये भेज सकते हैं। ये एक ईमेल आईडी जैसा हो सकता है। वहीं, आपको पैसे भेजने के लिए प्राइवेट की या पासवर्ड डालना होगा। बता दें, ई- रुपया बिना इंटरनेट के भी कार्य करेगा। हालांकि इस पर विस्तार से जानकारी आना बाकी है
