नमक में सोडियम और पोटेशियम दोनों होता है। सोडियम इंसान के शरीर में पानी का सही लेवल बनाने से लेकर ऑक्सीजन और दूसरे पोषक तत्व सभी ऑगर्न तक पहुंचाने में मदद करता है। इसकी वजह से हमारी नर्व (तंत्रिका) में एनर्जी आती है।
