  • Wife 3000 Alimony Case  औरंगाबाद हाईकोर्ट में जस्टिस भारती डांगरे की बेंच ने इस केस में नांदेड़ (Nanded) की निचली अदालत के आदेशों को सही करार दिया…. नांदेड़ में सेकंड जॉइंट सिविल जज सीनियर डिवीजन की अदालत ने अगस्त 2017 में महिला को आदेश दिया था कि केस की सुनवाई पूरी होने तक वह अपने पूर्व पति को हर महीने 3 हजार रुपये का अंतरिम गुजारा भत्ता दे क्योंकि उसकी आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक नहीं है और महिला स्कूल में टीचर की नौकरी करती है… जब महिला ने इस आदेश का पालन नहीं किया तो अदालत ने दिसंबर 2019 में उसके स्कूल की हेडमास्टर के नाम आदेश जारी किया कि वह हर महीने 5 हजार रुपये महिला की सैलरी से काटकर कोर्ट में जमा कराए क्योंकि उसने पिछला गुजारा भत्ता भी नहीं दिया है....

  • Wife 3000 Alimony Case  महिला ने इस आदेश के खिलाफ औरंगाबाद हाईकोर्ट में अपील की… उसने अपनी दलील में कहा कि उसकी शादी 1992 में हुई थी, लेकिन कुछ समय बाद ही वह अलग हो गई… 2015 में अदालत ने उनका तलाक भी मंजूर कर लिया था…. नांदेड़ सिविल जज का आदेश तलाक पारित होने के बाद आया है, जो कानून की नजर में ठीक नहीं है…. इस पर पति की तरफ से हिंदू मैरिज एक्ट की धारा 25 का हवाला देते हुए कहा गया है कि पति या पत्नी की आर्थिक स्थिति को देखते हुए अदालत उनमें से किसी को भी गुजारा भत्ता देने का आदेश दे सकता है और ये आदेश उनके बीच तलाक होने से प्रभावित नहीं होता….
