Expect beautifully presented, delicate, pure, simple flavours and aromatic but not overly spicy curries, savoury and naturally sweet dishes. We also include allergy-friendly, vegetarian and vegan options as well as carefully sourced meat, fish and poultry. Abundant buffet lunches and à la carte dinners ensure you never go hungry and still see a surprising amount of weight change.

Our cuisine also has a significant contribution in the preservation and revival of our culture and traditions. Food has always been seen as an offering to the divine and the food we make is considered as an offering to our guests.

Another bridge between traditional medical systems and cuisine is our dispensary. Prescribed by our doctors and based on the principles of Ayurveda, Sowa Rigpa and Naturopathy, our dispensary manufactures decoctions, infusions, herbal mixtures and topical applications that are grown, not infused, and are indigenous and intentional.
