Ideal Student बिजनौर के एक बुजुर्ग ने सपनों को साकार करने की धुन में दुनिया की एक न सुनी और 50 साल बाद फिर से इंटर पास किया। वह भी 72 परसेंट नंबरों से, इतने नंबर तो इस बार उनकी पोतियों के भी हाईस्कूल और इंटर के एग्जाम में नहीं आए। 67 साल के इस बुजुर्ग की कामयाबी से सबसे ज्यादा उनकी 100 साल की मां खुश हैं।

- Ideal Student बिजनौर के मोहम्मद नकी की कहानी पूरी तरह फिल्मी है। पचास साल पहले मोहम्मद नकी ने 1972 में आर्ट स्ट्रीम से इंटर किया था। परिवार की मजबूरियों की वजह से वह आगे नहीं पढ़ पाए और छोटा-मोटा काम करना शुरू कर दिया। उन्होंने बताया, ‘उस समय जब मैं युवा था, मेरे परिवार की माली हालत ठीक नहीं थी। आर्ट से इंटर पास करने के बाद मैंने उर्दू का एग्जाम क्लियर किया जो कि ग्रेजुएशन के बराबर माना जाता था। उसके बाद मैं अपने गांव बस्ता में एक इंटर कॉलेज में क्लर्क के तौर पर काम करने लगा।’
- Ideal Student मोहम्मद नकी ने वहां 10 साल काम किया लेकिन सैलरी इतनी कम थी कि गुजारा नामुमकिन हो गया। लिहाजा, उन्होंने इस्तीफा दे दिया और नौ बीघा खेत खरीद कर उन पर फूलों की खेती शुरू कर दी। वह फूलों की सजावट का भी काम करने लगे। कुछ समय बाद उन्होंने आयुर्वेदिक पद्धति से इलाज करना शुरू कर दिया। इस बारे में वह बताते हैं, ‘मेरी रुचि आयुर्वेद में बढ़ती गई और मैंने गुरुग्राम में प्रैक्टिस शुरू कर दी। यहां मेरा बेटा बिजली के माल का सप्लायर था। लेकिन एक दिन गली में मेरी दुकान पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने छापा मार दिया। अधिकारियों का कहना था कि मैं बिना डिग्री के प्रैक्टिस नहीं कर सकता था।’
- Ideal Student आगे क्या हुआ, इस पर नकी कहते हैं, ‘मैं अपने गांव लौट आया। यहां एक प्राइवेट स्कूल की टीचर नेहा खान से मेरी मुलाकात हुई। उन्होंने मुझे गाइड किया। उन्होंने मुझे सलाह दी कि हकीम बनने से पहले मुझे नैचुरोपैथी में डिग्री लेनी होगी। यह सुनकर मैं बांदा गया और वहां से नैचुरल योगिक साइंस में चार साल का डिप्लोमा ले आया।’ लेकिन बात इतने से नहीं बनी। नकी जब डिप्लोमा लेकर आए तो उनके मन में और आगे पढ़ने और फार्मासिस्ट बनने का ख्याल आया। जब वह अमरोहा के एक फार्मेसी कॉलेज में एडमिशन के लिए गए तो पता चला कि उन्हें पहले साइंस से इंटर पास करना होगा। इसके बाद उन्होंने फिर से इंटर की पढ़ाई करने का फैसला किया।

- Ideal Student पढ़ाई-लिखाई के बाद जब नकी इस साल बिजनौर के केलानपुर इंटर कॉलेज में एग्जाम देने गए तो लोगों ने उनका काफी मजाक उड़ाया। खुद नकी कहते हैं, ‘छात्र मुझ पर हंसने लगे और पूछने लगे कि मेरा जैसा बुजुर्ग एग्जाम क्यों दे रहा है। लेकिन सभी ऐसे नहीं थे। कुछ पुलिस वालों ने मेरे साथ फोटो खिंचवाए और कहा कि वे अपने बच्चों को दिखाएंगे ताकि उन्हें भी प्रेरणा मिले।’
