ANKITA BHANDARI MURDER CASE वो मासूम जिस्म नहीं बेचना चाहती थी लेकिन सम्मान से जीना चाहती थी। लेकिन चमड़ी के सौदागरों पर तो जैसे खून ही सवार हो गया था तभी तो पहाड़ में हैवानियत का खौफनाक खेल रचने में भी वो हिचके नहीं , डरे नहीं … अंकिता भंडारी की कथित तौर पर हत्या करने वाले पुलकित आर्य के ऋषिकेश के वनतारा रिजाॅर्ट पर चला सरकार का बुलडोज़र , मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देश के बाद आरोपी की संपत्ति ध्वस्त करने की कार्रवाई हुई मासूम अंकिता इसी रिजाॅर्ट में बतौर रिसेप्शनिस्ट काम करती थी. वह 18 सितंबर से लापता थी, जब पुलिस ने जांच शुरू की तो 22 सितंबर को पता चला की उसकी हत्या हुई है. इस हत्याकांड में शामिल तीनों आरोपियों को 24 घंटे के अंदर गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया. बीजेपी नेता और पूर्व राज्य मंत्री विनोद आर्य का बेटा पुलकित आर्य इस मर्डर केस का मुख्य आरोपी है.जिसको गुस्से भीड़ ने नंगा कर पीटा और अब देश भर से उठ रही इन्साफ की गुहार

  • ANKITA BHANDARI MURDER CASE इस बीच उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सुबह ट्वीट कर जानकारी दी कि अंकिता भंडारी का शव नहर से बरामद कर लिया गया है. उन्होंने लिखा, ‘आज प्रातः काल बेटी अंकिता का पार्थिव शव बरामद कर लिया गया. इस हृदय विदारक घटना से मन अत्यंत व्यथित है. दोषियों को कड़ी से कड़ी सजा दिलाने हेतु पुलिस उपमहानिरीक्षक पी. रेणुका देवी जी के नेतृत्व में SIT का गठन कर इस गंभीर मामले की गहराई से जांच के भी आदेश दे दिए हैं. आरोपियों के गैर कानूनी रूप से बने रिजॉर्ट पर बुलडोजर द्वारा कार्रवाई भी कल देर रात की गई है. हमारा संकल्प है कि इस जघन्य अपराध के दोषियों को बख्शा नहीं जाएगा.’

ANKITA BHANDARI MURDER CASE इसके पहले शुक्रवार को पुलिस ने हरिद्वार के आर्यनगर के स्वदेशी फार्मेसी निवासी रिजार्ट संचालक पुलकित आर्य, ज्वालापुर के दयानंद नगरी निवासी मैनेजर अंकित उर्फ पुलकित गुप्ता और ज्वालापुर के ही सूरजनगर निवासी मैनेजर सौरभ भाष्कर को गिरफ्तार कर सख्ती से पूछताछ की. तीनों आरोपियों ने बताया कि वे अंकिता को लेकर बैराज तक आए थे. यहां उन्होंने फॉस्ट फूड खाया और शराब पी. इसके बाद अंकिता ने कहा कि वह सभी को यह बात बता देगी कि पुलकित आर्य उस पर ग्राहकों के साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाने का दबाव बनाता है. इसी बीच अंकिता ने पुलकित का मोबाइल नहर में फेंक दिया. दोनों में हाथापाई शुरू हो गई. फिर पुलकित और उसके अन्य दो साथियों ने अंकिता को नहर में धक्का दे दिया. एएसपी शेखर सुयाल ने बताया कि तीनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ हत्या और साक्ष्य छिपानेए साजिश समेत विभिन्न धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है.



ANKITA BHANDARI MURDER CASE इस बीच ऐसा पहली बार हुआ कि उत्तराखंड के ऋषिकेश में अंकिता हत्याकांड के आरोपियों को लक्ष्मणझूला थाने से लेकर कोटद्वार न्यायालय जा रही पुलिस जीप को गंगा भोगपुर के आक्रोशित लोगों ने रोक लिया. बेहद गुस्से में उग्र भीड़ ने जीप के शीशे तोड़कर आरोपियों के कपड़े फाड़ दिए उन्हें लगभग नंगा कर दिया और और जबरदस्त कुटाई कर दी. अंकिता की हत्या के बाद उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को जिलाधिकारियों को राज्य के सभी रिजाॅर्ट्स की जांच करने के निर्देश दिए. इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने यह भी सुनिश्चित करने का आदेश दिया है कि अवैध रूप से संचालित हो रहे रिजाॅर्ट्स के खिलाफ आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाए. सीएम धामी ने कहा कि ऐसे अपराधों के लिए कड़ी से कड़ी सजा दी जाएगी.
