Arya Samaj Marriage हमारे देश में अक्सर कुछ लोग आर्य समाज मंदिर में शादी कर वैवाहिक रस्में पूरी मान लेते हैं। इतना ही नहीं बाकायदा आर्य समाज के पदाधिकारी शादी का प्रमाण पात्र भी जारी करते हैं। ज्यादातर ये शादियां ख़ास मज़बूरी में ही की जाती है। देश भर में अनगिनत आर्य समाज मंदिर बने हुए हैं जहाँ ये शादियां रोजाना होती हैं लेकिन अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आर्य समाज की तरफ से जारी किए जाने वाले मैरिज सर्टिफिकेट को अवैध करार दिया।

Arya Samaj Marriage दरअसल कोर्ट में मध्यप्रदेश की एक नाबालिग लड़की के अपहरण और रेप के आरोपी की जमानत याचिका पर सुनवाई हो रही थी। मामला लव मैरिज का बताया जा रहा है। लड़की के घरवालों ने उसे नाबालिग बताते हुए अपनी लड़की के अपहरण और रेप की FIR दर्ज करा रखी है, जबकि युवक का कहना था कि लड़की बालिग है। उसने अपनी मर्जी से विवाह का फैसला किया है। यह विवाह आर्य समाज मंदिर में हुआ है।

सुनवाई के दौरान बेंच ने आर्य समाज के विवाह प्रमाण पत्र को वैध मानने से इनकार कर दिया और आरोपी की याचिका को खारिज कर दिया।आपको बता दें कि आर्य समाज एक हिंदू सुधारवादी संगठन है और इसकी स्थापना स्वामी दयानंद सरस्वती ने 1875 में की थी। Arya Samaj Marriage वेकेशन बेंच के जस्टिस अजय रस्तोगी और बीवी नागरत्ना ने आरोपी के वकील की दलीलों को खारिज करते हुए कहा कि विवाह प्रमाण पत्र देना आर्य समाज का काम नहीं है। यह अधिकारियों का काम है। असली सर्टिफिकेट दिखाओ।

  • Arya Samaj Marriage सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 4 अप्रैल को मध्य प्रदेश हाईकोर्ट के आदेश को चुनौती देने वाली याचिका पर सुनवाई के लिए सहमति दी थी। दरअसल MP हाईकोर्ट ने 17 दिसंबर 2021 को आर्य समाज संगठन की मध्य भारत आर्य प्रतिनिधि सभा को शादियां करते समय विशेष विवाह अधिनियम 1954 (SMA) के प्रावधानों का पालन करने का निर्देश दिया था।
