Baby Boom IN State एक तरफ सरकार देश में जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून लाने की तैयारी में है तो वही देश का एक राज्य ऐसा है जो कह रहा है कि खूब बच्चे पैदा करो. जी हां, ये सच है. हम देश के सबसे कम आबादी वाले नॉर्थ ईस्ट राज्य सिक्किम की बात कर रहे हैं. यहां घटती प्रजनन दर से निपटने के लिए सरकार लोगों से ज्यादा से ज्यादा बच्चे पैदा करने की अपील कर रही है. इतना ही नहीं बच्चे पैदा करने पर सरकार की ओर से बंपर इनाम भी मिलेगा.

  • Baby Boom IN State सिक्किम क्रांतिकारी मोर्चा के नेतृत्व वाली कैबिनेट ने 14 नवंबर 2021 को लोगों को ज्यादा बच्चे पैदा करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने का एक प्रस्ताव पास किया था. ऐसा प्रस्ताव पास करने वाला सिक्किम देश का पहला राज्य है. सिक्किम के मुख्यमंत्री प्रेम सिंह तमांग का उद्देश्य देश के सबसे कम आबादी वाले राज्य में घटती प्रजनन दर से निपटने के लिए स्वदेशी समुदायों के बीच बच्चे के जन्म को प्रोत्साहित करना है.Baby Boom IN State सरकार के प्रस्ताव के मुताबिक-

Baby Boom IN State दूसरे बच्चे को जन्म देने वाली सरकारी महिला कर्मचारियों की सैलरी में विशेष बढ़ोतरी की जाएगी.
वहीं, अगर कोई सरकारी महिला कर्मचारी तीसरे बच्चे को जन्म देती है तो उसकी सैलरी दो बार बढ़ाई जाएगी.
कोई महिला बच्चे पैदा करती है तो उसे 365 दिनों के मातृत्व अवकाश यानी मैटरनिटी लीव दी जाएगी.
पिता को 30 दिनों के लिए पितृत्व अवकाश यानी पैटरनिटी लीव मिलेगी.

IVF के लिए मिलेंगे 3 लाख रुपए

  • Baby Boom IN State सीएम तमांग ने कहा कि सिक्किम में रहने वाले और एक से ज्यादा बच्चे वाले “सामान्य लोग” भी वित्तीय सहायता के पात्र होंगे, जिसके लिए तौर-तरीके स्वास्थ्य और महिला और बाल देखभाल विभागों की ओर से काम किए जाएंगे. तमांग ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार सिक्किम के अस्पतालों में आईवीएफ सुविधाओं के निर्माण को प्रोत्साहित कर रही है, ताकि विभिन्न कारणों से गर्भ धारण करने में असमर्थ महिलाओं को चिकित्सा हस्तक्षेप का प्रयास करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जा सके.
  • Baby Boom IN State मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा इस प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से बच्चे पैदा करने वाली सभी माताओं को तीन लाख रुपए का अनुदान दिया जाएगा. उन्होंने कहा कि आईवीएफ सुविधा से अब तक 38 महिलाएं गर्भधारण कर चुकी हैं और उनमें से कुछ मां भी बन चुकी हैं.वर्तमान में सिक्किम की अनुमानित जनसंख्या सात लाख से कम है, जिसमें लगभग 80 प्रतिशत जातीय समुदायों के लोग शामिल हैं.
