- Brave Police Constable पिछले दो महीने में उनका ज्यादातर वक्त बस, मेट्रो, रेलवे स्टेशनों, मंदिर, मस्जिद के आस-पास खाक छानते गुजरा हैं। इस साल अक्टूबर तक दिल्ली पुलिस की हेड कॉन्स्टेबल सीमा मेट्रो यूनिट के कोई अन्य पुलिसवाले की ही तरह थीं। लेकिन पिछले 50 दिनों में उन्होंने कुछ ऐसा कर दिखाया जिस पर हर पुलिसवाले को नाज होगा। दिल्ली पुलिस की मेट्रो यूनिट में तैनात हेड कॉन्स्टेबल सीमा ने पिछले 50 दिनों में एक-दो या 5-10 नहीं बल्कि 21 लापता बच्चों का पता लगाया और उनके निराश मां-बाप के चेहरों पर मुस्कान बिखेरी। इनमें से कई बच्चे महीनों से लापता थे तो कुछ एक दिन पहले ही गायब हुए थे। पिछले डेढ़ महीने में सीमा का ज्यादातर वक्त यूपी और हरियाणा में छापा मारते गुजरा है। इस दौरान वह लापता बच्चों के लिए बनी वेबसाइट ZIPNET को खंगालती रहीं और हर संभावित जगहों पर गायब हुए मासूमों की तलाश करती रहीं।

- एक केस में उन्होंने मुंडका से लापता 13 साल की बच्ची को उसके परिजनों से मिलाया। सीमा ने सबसे पहले लड़की के मां-बाप को आ रहे कुछ ब्लैंक कॉल्स को ट्रैक किया। पता चला कि ये नंबर उस लड़के के भाई का था जिसने लड़की को अगवा किया था। दरअसल, लड़की अपने मां-बाप के पास इसलिए फोन मिलाती थी कि उनकी आवाज सुन सके लेकिन वह डर के मारे कुछ बोलती नहीं थी। जब नंबर को ट्रैक किया गया तो वह यूपी के बरेली का निकला और पुलिस बच्ची को सही सलामत बरामद करने में कामयाब हुई।

- Brave Police Constable एक 10 साल के लड़के को ढूढ़ने के लिए सीमा ने दर्जनों मंदिर और मस्जिद की खाक छाने। आखिरकार 24 घंटे के भीतर 26 दिसंबर को उसे नजफगढ़ के साई बाबा मंदिर के नजदीक से सकुशल बरामद कर लिया। दो साल पहले दिसंबर 2020 में दिल्ली पुलिस के तत्कालीन कमिश्नर एसएन श्रीवास्तव ने लापता बच्चों को ढूंढने पर पुलिसकर्मियों को प्रोत्साहित करने का फैसला किया। अच्छा काम करने वालों को इनाम के साथ-साथ आउट ऑफ टर्न प्रमोशन का भी ऐलान किया। तब से मेट्रो यूनिट लापता बच्चों को ढूंढने का काम कर रही है। तब से अब तक यूनिट ने 553 लापता बच्चों को ढूंढकर उनके परिजनों के हवाले किया। इनमें से 270 को इसी साल रिकवर किया गया।
