Dhami on Development विधायकगणों द्वारा अपने विधानसभा क्षेत्र की जो समस्याएं रखी जा रही हैं, उनका अधिकारी शीघ्रता से समाधान करें। विधायकगणों द्वारा अपनी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों के जो कार्य प्राथमिकता पर रखे गये हैं, उनमें अनावश्यक विलंब न हो। यह निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री आवास में टिहरी लोकसभा क्षेत्र की विधानसभाओं के गतिमान कार्यों एवं विकासपरक योजनाओं की समीक्षा के दौरान अधिकारियों को दिये।
Dhami on Development विकास कार्यों की होगी तीन माह में समीक्षा
- Dhami on Development मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा विधानसभाओं की समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान विभिन्न क्षेत्रों की जो भी समस्याएं आ रही हैं, उनके समाधान के लिए विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा क्या आवश्यक कार्यवाही की जा रही है, इसकी भी नियमित समीक्षा की जाए। जनसमस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए प्रक्रियाओं के सरलीकरण पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। विभागीय सचिव विधानसभा क्षेत्रों की समस्याओं के निराकरण के लिए अपने विभागों की नियमित समीक्षा करें।
- जनपदों के प्रभावी सचिव भी नियमित रूप से जनपदों में विकास कार्यों की प्रगति की समीक्षा करें। उन्होंने कहा कि विधानसभाओं के विकास कार्यों की समीक्षाएं प्रत्येक तीन माह में की जायेंगी। अभी जो बैठक हो रही है, इनमें विधायकगणों द्वारा अपनी विधानसभा क्षेत्रों की जो समस्याएं रखी गई है, उनके समाधान के लिए किये गये प्रयासों की भी अगली बैठक में समीक्षा की जायेगी।
- Dhami on Development मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में बागवानी, कृषि, पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में अपार संभावनाएं हैं। इन क्षेत्रों में लोगों की आजीविका बढ़ाने के लिए और तेजी से कार्य किये जाएं। स्थानीय स्तर पर लोगों को स्वरोजगार के अधिक से अधिक अवसर उपलब्ध होने से पलायन भी रूकेगा। एप्पल एवं कीवी मिशन के तहत भी तेजी से कार्य किये जाएं। किसानों को बागवानी और खेती के लिए उन्नत किस्म के बीज और पौध की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जाए। राज्य की आर्थिकी को तेजी से बढ़ावा देने के लिए और प्रयासों की जरूरत है।
- Dhami on Development मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये की आगामी ग्रीष्म काल के दृष्टिगत पेयजल आपूर्ति की समुचित व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं।बैठक में विधाकगणों द्वारा सड़कों के निर्माण, स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को और बेहतर बनाने, बाढ़ सुरक्षा के कार्य, पेयजल की समस्या, कूड़ा निस्तारण की समस्या, ड्रेनेज एवं सीवरेज की समस्या से अवगत कराया गया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विधायकगणों द्वारा जो भी जन समस्याएं रखी गई हैं, उनका हर संभव समाधान किया जायेगा।
