- Dhan Singh Rawatउत्तराखंड के स्वास्थ मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया है कि आम जनमानस एवं उनके घर के समीप स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराने के लिए भारत सरकार के सहयोग से आयुष्मान भारत- हैल्थ एण्ड वैलनेस सेन्टर के नाम से एक महत्वपूर्ण योजना को संचालित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा इस योजना की चौथी वर्षगांठ को सम्पूर्ण देश के साथ ही उत्तराखंड में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ से संबंधित कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जा रहे हैं और इन केन्द्रों पर टेली कंसलटेशन के माध्यम से आमजन तक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं तथा परामर्श की सुविधा दी जाएंगी
- Dhan Singh Rawatस्वास्थ मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा की 17 अप्रैल को इन केन्द्रों पर आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव के बैनर तले ‘योग एवं आरोग्य सत्रों का आयोजन किया जायेगा, जिसमें आमजन के स्वास्थ्य को आरोग्य बनाए रखने के लिए योग का महत्व बताया जायेगा, 18 अप्रैल को राज्य में आयोजित होने वाले विकासखण्ड स्तरीय स्वास्थ्य मेले का शुभारम्भ किया जायेगा, यह स्वास्थ्य मेला प्रत्येक विकासखण्डों पर 18 से 22 अप्रैल के मध्य आयोजित किए जायेंगे। उन्होंने बताया राज्य के सभी 95 विकासखण्डों पर एक दिवसीय स्वास्थ्य मेला का आयोजन 18-22 अप्रैल 2022 में हो रहा है।
- Dhan Singh Rawat इसके साथ ही साथ राज्य के 7 नगर निगमों / 11 नगर पालिका परिसरों में भी एक दिवसीय स्वास्थ्य मेला आयोजित किया जायेगा। स्वास्थ्य मेलों के सफल आयोजन के लिए प्रत्येक जनपद के डी०एम० तथा सी०एम०ओ० को उत्तरदायी बनाया गया है। स्वास्थ मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में 1464 हैल्थ एण्ड वैलनेस सेन्टर संचालित किए जा रहे है, जिसमें से 1031 उपकेन्द्र, 38 शहरी प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र एवं 395 प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों पर हैल्थ एण्ड वैलनेस सेन्टर संचालित हो रहे हैं।
- Dhan Singh Rawat उन्होंने बताया उपकेन्द्रों को हैल्थ एण्ड वैलनेस सेन्टर के रूप में उच्चीकृत करने के उपरान्त यहां पर प्रशिक्षित MLHP (मिड लेवल हैल्थ प्रोवाईडर) को तैनात किया गया है, जिसके द्वारा गर्भाशय, स्तन एवं मुंह के कैंसर की स्क्रीनिंग, उच्च रक्तचाप एवं मधुमेह की जांच तथा अन्य गैर संचारी रोगों से बचाव के बारे में परामर्श दिया जाता है। इसके अतिरिक्त प्रसव पूर्व प्रसव पश्चात्, टीकाकरण तथा परिवार नियोजन सेवाएं भी दी जा रही हैं। I हैल्थ एण्ड वैलनेस सेन्टरों पर योग शारीरिक व्यायाम, पोषण एवं स्वच्छ खानपान के बारे में जागरूकता तथा परामर्श भी प्रदान किया जा रहा है।
- Dhan Singh Rawat स्वास्थ मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने स्वास्थ्य मेले की प्राथमिकताओं को गिनाते हुए बताया कि प्रत्येक नागरिक की Digital Health ID बनायी जायेगी, जिसमें उस व्यक्ति की गैर संचारी रोगों (Diabetes, Hypertension, Oral Cancer etc) की स्क्रिनिंग उपरान्त विवरण सुरक्षित रहेगा। पात्र लाभार्थियों का आयुष्मान कार्ड बनाया जायेगा। टेली कंसलटेशन के माध्यम से प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं एवं परामर्श दिया जायेगा तथा रैफरल की सुविधा प्रदान कर आवश्यकीय उपचार भी उपलब्ध होगा। योग एवं ध्यान के माध्यम से स्वास्थ्य को आरोग्य बनाए रखने के बारे में परामर्श तथा जागरूकता प्रदान की जायेगी। उम्मीद की जानी चाहिए कि आने वाले दिनों में स्वास्थ्य मंत्री का ये प्रयास कामयाब हो और पहाड़ को बेहतरीन हेल्थ फेसिलिटी मिल सके।
