- Fight For Justice ये कहानी नहीं आपबीती है एक लड़की की जो सपने तो उड़ान के देख रही थी लेकिन उसकी ज़िंदगी नर्क बन गयी वो भी भरोसे पर … दिल्ली महिला आयोग में पहुंची रेशमा (काल्पनिक नाम ) कर्नाटक की की रहने वाली है , उसको 13 साल की उम्र में दिल्ली लाकर जिस्मफरोशी के दलदल में धकेल दिया गया। 8 महीने बाद किसी तरह छूटी लेकिन फिर वहां धकेल दी गई। 7 महीने पहले वह किसी तरह वहां से भागने में कामयाब हुई। 21 साल तक जिस्म की मंडी में नरक की जिंदगी जीने वाली महिला अब देश से न्याय मांग रही है और दरिंदों के लिए सज़ा वह एक नहीं, दो-दो बार जिस्म की मंडी में बेची गई। पहली बार नौकरी के नाम पर। दूसरी बार शादी के नाम पर।
- Fight For Justice दोनों ही बार इस दलदल में फंसाने वाली मियां-बीवी की एक ही जोड़ी। अब बेटी पर भी है जिस्म के सौदागरों की गिद्ध नजर। 13 साल की उम्र में जिस्मफरोशी के दलदल में धकेली गई महिला 21 साल बाद इंसाफ की गुहार लगा रही है। अपनी जिंदगी को जहन्नुम बनाने वाले पति-पत्नी की जोड़ी को सलाखों के पीछे पहुंचाने की लड़ाई शुरू की है। मूल रूप से कर्नाटक की रहने वाली रेशमा (बदला हुआ नाम) जब 13 साल की थी तब एक महिला ने उसे ऐसे सब्जबाग दिखाए कि वह उसकी जाल में फंस गई। आंखों में बड़े सपने लेकर वह महिला के साथ कर्नाटक के अपने गांव से दिल्ली आ गई।
- Fight For Justice दिल्ली में ट्रेन से उतरने के बाद महिला उसे अपनी बहन के घर ले गई जहां उसे नए कपड़े पहनाए गए। रेशमा ने हमारे सहयोगी अखबार टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया को बताया, ‘उसके बाद वे मुझे एक ब्यूटी पार्लर ले जाया गया जहां मुझे सजाया-संवारा गया। मुझे लगा कि हम लोग किसी की शादी में जा रहे हैं। लेकिन मुझे तब सदमा लगा जब मुझे जीबी रोड के एक वेश्यालय पर ले जाया गया। जब मैं महज 13 साल की थी, उन्होंने मुझे वेश्यावृत्ति में धकेल दिया। जब भी वह विरोध करती, महिला और उसके पति उसकी पिटाई करते और जान से मारने की धमकी देते।पहली बार जब वह जीबी रोड ले जाई गई, उसके 8 महीने बाद एक दिन पुलिस का छापा पड़ा और उसे छुड़ा लिया गया।उसी औरत ने रेशमा से एक बार फिर संपर्क किया। इस बार अच्छे घर में शादी कराने का झांसा दिया। एक बार फिर दिल्ली लाई गई। एक बार फिर वेश्यावृत्ति के दलदल में धकेली गई।
Fight For Justice रेशमा ने हाल ही में दिल्ली महिला आयोग को अपनी दर्दभरी दास्तां बताई। उसके बाद आयोग ने बुधवार को दिल्ली पुलिस को नोटिस जारी किया। रेशमा को इंसाफ की लड़ाई में दिल्ली महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष स्वाति मालिवाल का साथ मिला है। मालिवाल कहती हैं, ‘महिला को भयानक स्थितियों का सामना करना पड़ा और यह पूरे सिस्टम का दोष है। दिल्ली के पास कोई पुनर्वास नीति नहीं है और दिल्ली महिला आयोग इस दिशा में काम कर रहा है। आयोग उस महिला को नई जिंदगी देने की कोशिश करेगी और दूसरी पीढ़ी को वेश्यावृत्ति में जाने से रोकेंगे। इस मामले में हम कंपनियों और दूसरो की मदद करने की चाहत रखने वालों की मदद लेंगे।’
