Hyderabad Minor Gang Raped हाईप्रोफ़ाइल पार्टी , नाबालिगों की मौजमस्ती और फिर मर्सिडीज़ में गैंगरेप , देश को शर्मसार करने वाली ये सनसनीखेज वारदात हाईटेक सिटी हैदराबाद से सामने आयी है जिसके बाद एक बार फिर लड़कियों की सुरक्षा और रसूखदार नवाबज़ादों को काली हैवानियत पर बहस छिड़ गयी है।

  • Hyderabad Minor Gang Raped हैदराबाद में एक नाबालिग के साथ गैंगरेप का मामला सामने आया है। 5 नाबालिगों ने मर्सिडीज में लड़की के साथ गैंगरेप किया। बताया जा रहा है कि आरोपियों में एक विधायक का बेटा है। हालांकि, पुलिस इस गैंगरेप में उसके शामिल होने की अभी पुष्टि नहीं कर रही है। पुलिस ने कहा कि आरोपी 11वीं-12वीं के छात्र हैं और सभी का बैकग्राउंड सियासी रसूख वाला है। घटना 28 मई की है। लड़की के पिता ने 1 जून को आरोपियों के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज करवाई। पुलिस ने IPC की धारा 354 और पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत जुबली हिल्स पुलिस स्टेशन केस दर्ज कर लिया है। फिलहाल किसी की गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है।

  • FIR में बताया गया है कि 28 मई को 17 साल की बेटी हाई प्रोफाइल पार्टी में गई थी। यह पार्टी उनकी बेटी के दोस्त सूरज और हादी ने एम्नेशिया एंड इनसोम्निया पब में रखी थी। शाम 5:30 बजे वह घर के लिए निकली। पब में मिले आरोपियों ने उससे कहा कि वे उसे घर छोड़ देंगे। इसलिए वह कार में बैठ गई। जिसमें पहले ही 3-4 लड़के बैठे थे। Hyderabad Minor Gang Raped पिता ने बताया कि उनकी बेटी के शरीर पर चोट के निशान भी हैं।

  • घटना के बाद से ही पीड़िता सदमे में है। वह पूरी घटना का खुलासा नहीं कर पा रही है। पीड़िता के पिता ने कहा कि मामले की जांच कर आरोपियों के खिलाफ उचित कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए। इधर, मामले की जांच कर रहे अधिकारी ने कहा- ‘जब कार अंधेरे में सुनसान जगह पर रुकी तो इन लड़कों ने एक के बाद लड़की से साथ मारपीट की। पुलिस के मुताबिक इस घटना को अंजाम देने से पहले सभी आरोपी एक पेस्ट्री की दुकान पर गए थे।

  • Hyderabad Minor Gang Raped पुलिस के मुताबिक पार्टी में पीड़िता के साथ विधायक के बेटे के अलावा अल्पसंख्यक बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष का बेटा भी शामिल था। फिलहाल, पीड़िता केवल एक आरोपी की पहचान कर सकती है और उसका नाम भी बता सकती है। बताया जा रहा है कि ये आरोपी भी नाबालिग है। लड़की के बयान के बाद पुलिस ने धाराओं को बदलकर रेप केस दर्ज किया है और जांच शुरू कर दी है। आरोपियों की पहचान करने के लिए पब में पार्टी में शामिल लोगों और वहां काम करने वाले लोगों से पूछताछ की गई है। इस दिल दहला देने वाली शर्मनाक वारदात से देश भर की बेटियों के मन में डर पैदा कर दिया है। क्योंकि दोस्ती में वो किस पर कितना भरोसा करें ये अब बड़ा सवाल है।
