Japan Banned Ponytails: जापान के स्कूलों में लड़कियों के ‘पोनीटेल’ बनाने पर बैन, लड़के गर्दन ना देख सकें इसलिए लिया गया फैसला
Japan Banned Ponytails: जापान के स्कूलों ने लड़कियों के पोनीटेल स्टाइल में चोटी बनाने पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है। इसके पीछे का कारण भी बेहद अजीब है।
जापान (Japan) के स्कूलों में लड़कियों के पोनीटेल (Ponytails Ban Japan) बनाने पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है. इसके पीछे का कारण जानकर हर कोई हैरान है. लड़कियों से कहा गया है कि गर्दन का पिछला हिस्सा लड़कों को ‘यौन रूप से उत्तेजित’ कर सकता है. जापान के स्कूलों में ऐसा पहली बार नहीं हो रहा बल्कि इससे पहले भी तमाम तरह के प्रतिबंध (Japan School Rules) लागू किए गए हैं. यहां जुराबों की लंबाई से लेकर अंडरवियर के कलर तक पर नियम बनाए गए हैं.
Japan Banned Ponytails वर्ल्ड न्यूज की रिपोर्ट में मिडल स्कूल के पूर्व शिक्षक के हवाले से बताया गया है कि स्कूल के अधिकारियों ने लड़कियों से कहा है कि उनकी गर्दन का पिछला हिस्सा दिखने से लड़के ‘यौन रूप से उत्तेजित’ हो सकते हैं. शिक्षक ने कहा, ‘इन्हें चिंता हो रही है कि लड़के लड़कियों को देखेंगे, जो सफेद रंग के अंडरवियर वाले नियम के समान है.’ उन्होंने कहा कि छात्रों को इस तरह के नियम मानने पड़ते हैं क्योंकि वहां इसकी निंदा काफी कम ही होती है।

Japan Banned Ponytails साल 2020 के एक सर्वे में फुकुओका शहर के दक्षिणी प्रांत में हर 10 में से एक स्कूल ने पोनीटेल बनाए जाने पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की सलाह दी थी. यह जापान के बाकी खतरनाक नियमों में से एक है. जिसे बुराकु कोसोकु कहते हैं. ये स्कूलों की सख्ती कम और मनमानापन ज्यादा लगता है. यहां अंडरकट हेयरस्टाइल बनाने की अनुमति नहीं है. इसमें भी पोनीटेल के बराबर ही गर्दन का पिछला हिस्सा नजर आता है. जबकि उससे भी कम हिस्सा जिस बॉब हेयरस्टाइल में नजर आता है, उसपर पाबंदी नहीं है.
Japan Banned Ponytails उत्तर कोरिया के नियमों से तुलना
स्कूल इस तरह के नियम जारी करने पर छात्रों को ठीक से स्पष्टीकरण तक नहीं देते हैं. कुछ लोगों का कहना है कि जापान के ये नियम उत्तर कोरिया के समान हैं. वहां बीते साल उत्तर कोरियाई नेता किम जोंग उन ने स्किनी जींस, मुलेट हेयरस्टाइल और बॉडी के कुछ हिस्सों में पियरसिंग कराए जाने पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया था. उन्होंने कहा था कि इनसे युवा पश्चिमी सभ्यता के प्रति आकर्षित होते हैं. यहां मुलेट और स्पाइक्स जैसे हेयरस्टाइल को ‘समाज-विरोधी’ माना जाता है.
