दरअसल मोहब्बत के शहर आगरा के 15 परिवारों की पीड़ा है जो अब सामने आ रही है। इन परिवारों ने  26 साल पहले प्लॉट खरीदे थे, आज जिनकी कीमत करीब 40 करोड़ रुपये हैं। लेकिन यह प्लॉट अब तक इन परिवारों के नाम नहीं हुए हैं। PM Narendra Modi  कहीं भी सुनवाई नहीं होने पर इन परिवारों ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है।

आगरा के 15 परिवारों ने एक-एक पैसा इकट्ठा कर प्लॉट खरीदे। 26 साल बाद भी कब्जा नहीं मिला। शिकायत करते-करते थक गए। सुनवाई नहीं होने पर अब हताश होकर इन परिवारों ने 40 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति PM Narendra Modi  प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नाम करने का निर्णय लिया है। साथ ही इंसाफ नहीं मिलने पर राष्ट्रपति से संसद भवन के परिसर में जहर खाकर इच्छा-मृत्यु की गुहार लगाई है।

PM Narendra Modi गांधी नगर निवासी आरएन शुक्ला दूरसंचार मंत्रालय से सेवानिवृत्त हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि सेवा के दौरान दिल्ली में रहते हुए 1990-91 में रेल विहार सहकारी समिति का सदस्य बना था। उसमें 302 सदस्य थे। सभी सरकारी नौकरी में थे। गाजियाबाद की लोनी तहसील स्थित साबदुल्लाबाद में समिति ने 135 बीघा जमीन खरीद कर सदस्यों के लिए प्लॉट काटे। 

1996 में 330 रुपये प्रति गज के हिसाब से लॉटरी से 100-100 गज के प्लॉट आवंटित हुए।  2013 में सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद प्लॉट पर गए तो वहां कब्जा हो चुका था। समिति के अध्यक्ष, सचिव व सदस्य भी बदल गए। 26 साल बाद भी प्लॉट पर मकान नहीं बना पाए। पीड़ितों में दिल्ली, नोएडा, गाजियाबाद के परिवार शामिल हैं। इनमें से 15 परिवारों ने अपने आवंटन पत्र, स्टांप पेपर व अन्य दस्तावेज पीएम मोदी के नाम लिख दिए हैं। जिनकी कीमत करीब 40 करोड़ रुपये है। प्रधानमंत्री PM Narendra Modi के सामने करेंगे बैनामा … 100 रुपये के स्टांप पर 15 परिवारों ने प्लॉट नंबर, एलॉटमेंट लेटर व अन्य प्रपत्र प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी पुत्र दामोदर दास मोदी के नाम से तैयार कराए हैं।

पीड़ित आरएन शुक्ला ने बताया कि बैनामा पत्र पर हस्ताक्षर पीएम के सामने करेंगे। उन्होंने राष्ट्रपति के नाम भी चिट्ठी भेजी है। जिसमें कहा है, PM Narendra Modi इंसाफ करें। अगर नहीं कर सकते तो हमारी संपत्तियां रख लें और हमें इच्छा-मृत्यु की अनुमति प्रदान करें। चार साल से अधर में जांचलौनी पुलिस स्टेशन में पीड़ितों ने 29 अक्तूबर 2018 को शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। जिसकी जांच चार साल से आर्थिक अपराध शाखा में लंबित है। एक अन्य शिकायत डीएम गाजियाबाद से की, जिसकी जांच नहीं हो सकी। इसके अलावा आवास विकास आयुक्त, लखनऊ से की गई शिकायत पर भी सुनवाई नहीं हो सकी है। अब इस मामले के मीडिया में सामने आने के बाद लखनऊ की ब्यूरोक्रेसी और खुद योगी आदित्यनाथ और उनके जन प्रतिनिधि इस मामले में कितनी संजीदगी दिखाते हैं ये तो समय ही बताएगा।
