- Jhanda Mela Dehradun 2022 गुरु राम राय जी सिखों के सम्मानित सातवें गुरु के सबसे बड़े पुत्र थे – श्री हर राय जी….. जब राम राय जी ने औरंगजेब की अदालत में चमत्कार किए, हर राय जी ने उन्हें 1699 में पंजाब से निकाल दिया। राम राय जी ने आज के उत्तराखंड में डून घाटी की यात्रा की और अपना निपटान स्थापित किया जिसे ‘डेरा’ कहा जाता है।
- इस प्रकार शहर को इसका नाम ‘देहरादून’ के रूप में मिला। गुरु राम राय जी ने शहर में एक गुरुद्वारा बनाया जिसे दरबार साहिब के नाम से जाना जाता है। गुरुजी को सम्मान देने के लिए झंडा मेला हर साल आयोजित किया जाता है।

- यह मान्यता हैं की जिन महिलाओ को यह झंडा सिलने का मौका मिलता हैं उनके जीवन के सरे कष्ट दूर हो जाते हैं | Jhanda Mela Dehradun 2022 हर साल महिलाओं को इंतजार रहता है कि कब उन्हें बुलावा आये और वे सेवा में जुट जाए | यहाँ के लोगो का कहना हैं कि गुरु राम राय की मृत्यु काफी रहस्यमयी ढंग से हुई थी | ऐसा कई बार होता था कि गुरु राम राय ध्यान में होते हुए अपने शरीर को छोड़ अपने भक्तों की मदद करने चले जाते थे | लेकिन एक दफा जब वह दो दिन तक अपने कमरे से बाहर नहीं आये तो उनकी पहली पत्नी माता पंजाब कौर ने सहायकों से दरवाजा तुड़वाया और देखा कि गुरु राम राय की म्रत्यु हो चुकी थी। आज भी उनका बिस्तर दरबार साहिब के गृहघर में रखा हुआ है।

- उत्तरी भारत में सबसे बड़ा मेल है जो हजारों भक्तों और पर्यटकों को आकर्षित करता है , यह मेला देहरादून में मनाया जाता हैं| इसे श्री गुरु राम राय जी के जन्मदिन के रूप में मनाया जाता है, जो सिखों के सातवें गुरु के सबसे बड़े पुत्र हैं – श्री हर राय जी। Jhanda Mela Dehradun 2022 इस मेले में 1733 में इस दिन डून घाटी में आने के लिए एक विशाल ध्वज (झांडा जी) फहराया गया है। झंडा मेला चैत्र के पांचवें दिन मनाया जाता है जो होली के पांचवें दिन भी है।

- उस समय देहरादून एक छोटा गांव हुआ करता था। मेले में पहुंचने वाले लोगों के लिए भोजन का इंतजाम करना आसान नहीं था। इसी को देखते हुए श्री गुरु रामराय महाराज ने ऐसी व्यवस्था बनाई कि दरबार की चौखट में कदम रखने वाला कोई भी व्यक्ति भूखा न लौटे। Jhanda Mela Dehradun 2022 चूल्हे की आंच ठंडी नहीं पड़ी इसके बाद बीते 337 साल से दरबार साहिब में चूल्हे की आंच ठंडी नहीं पड़ी। इस चूल्हे ने अपनी चौखट पर आए किसी भी व्यक्ति से कभी यह सवाल नहीं किया कि उसका मजहब क्या है। यह भेद करना नहीं, भेद मिटाना जानता है, इसीलिए इंसानियत का ‘सांझा चूल्हा’ बन गया।
