President Election 2022 Schedule चुनाव आयोग (Election Commission) देश के नए राष्ट्रपति के चुनाव कार्यक्रम (President Election in India) की घोषणा कर दी गई है। राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद (Ramnath Kovind) का कार्यकाल 24 जुलाई को समाप्त हो रहा है और अगले राष्ट्रपति का चुनाव इससे पहले ही होना है। चुनाव आयोग ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में इसकी घोषणा की। आयोग ने कहा कि कोई भी दल अपने सदस्यों के व्हिप जारी नहीं करेगा। आयोग ने कहा कि 29 जून तक नॉमिनेशन किए जा सकेंगे। 18 जुलाई को चुनाव होंगे और 21 जुलाई को रिजल्ट का ऐलान किया जाएगा। आयोग ने कहा कि हर प्रक्रिया की वीडियोग्राफी कराई जाएगी।
- President Election 2022 Schedule मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त राजीव कुमार ने प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में कहा कि 15 जून को चुनाव की अधिसूचना जारी होगी, और 18 जुलाई को वोटिंग होगी। 21 जुलाई को काउंटिंग खत्म होने के बाद ही नए राष्ट्रपति के नाम का ऐलान हो जाएगा। 2017 में राष्ट्रपति चुने गए रामनाथ कोविंद का कार्यकाल 24 जुलाई को ही खत्म हो रहा है। वे देश के 15वें राष्ट्रपति हैं।

- President Election 2022 Schedule वोटर को अपनी पसंद कैंडिडेट के सामने 1, 2, 3 लिखकर बतानी होगी। 776 सांसद वोटिंग में हिस्सा लेंगे। कोई भी राजनीतिक दल अपने सदस्यों के लिए व्हिप जारी नहीं करेगा। राष्ट्रपति चुनाव के लिए वोटिंग सांसद संसद भवन नई दिल्ली में वोट करेंगे। वहीं, विधानसभा के सदस्य अपनी विधानसभा में वोट कर सकेंगे। किसी आपात स्थिति में सांसद और विधायक कहीं भी वोट डाल सकते हैं लेकिन इसके लिए उन्हें 10 दिन पहले चुनाव आयोग को बताना होगा।

- देश के राज्यों के सभी विधायकों के वोट का वैल्यू 5 लाख 43 हजार 231 है। वहीं, लोकसभा के सांसदों का कुल वैल्यू 5 लाख 43 हजार 200 है।चुनाव आयोग ने कहा कि राष्ट्रपति चुनाव के कुल वोटरों की संख्या 4,809 है। इसमें लोकसभा के सांसद और सभी राज्यों के विधानसभा के विधायक शामिल हैं। वोट डालने के लिए चुनाव आयोग सभी वोटरों को पेन देगा। राष्ट्रपति का चुनाव संसद के दोनों सदनों के निर्वाचित सदस्यों के चुनावी कॉलेज के सदस्यों और राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली और केंद्र शासित प्रदेश पुडुचेरी समेत सभी राज्यों की विधानसभाओं के निर्वाचित सदस्यों के मतों के जरिए किया जाता है।
एमपी के वोट का वेटेज
President Election 2022 Schedule सांसदों के मतों के वेटेज का गणित अलग है। सबसे पहले सभी राज्यों की विधानसभाओं के इलेक्टेड मेंबर्स के वोटों का वेटेज जोड़ा जाता है। अब इस सामूहिक वेटेज को राज्यसभा और लोकसभा के इलेक्टेड मेंबर्स की कुल संख्या से डिवाइड किया जाता है। इस तरह जो नंबर मिलता है, वह एक सांसद के वोट का वेटेज होता है। अगर इस तरह भाग देने पर शेष 0.5 से ज्यादा बचता हो तो वेटेज में एक का इजाफा हो जाता है।
एमएलए के वोट का वेटेज
President Election 2022 Schedule विधायक के मामले में जिस राज्य का विधायक हो, उसकी आबादी देखी जाती है। इसके साथ उस प्रदेश के विधानसभा सदस्यों की संख्या को भी ध्यान में रखा जाता है। वेटेज निकालने के लिए प्रदेश की पॉपुलेशन को इलेक्टेड एमएलए की संख्या से डिवाइड किया जाता है। इस तरह जो नंबर मिलता है, उसे फिर 1000 से डिवाइड किया जाता है। अब जो आंकड़ा हाथ लगता है, वही उस राज्य के एक विधायक के वोट का वेटेज होता है। 1000 से भाग देने पर अगर शेष 500 से ज्यादा हो तो वेटेज में 1 जोड़ दिया जाता है।
