तलाक लेने के लिए एन मिश्रा ने फैमिली कोर्ट में अर्जी लगाई।
हाईकोर्ट ने पति-पत्नी के बयानों को सुनने के बाद पाया कि दोनों के बीच साल 2010 से ही शारीरिक संबंध नहीं था।
पत्नी अपने पति को मोटा और बदसूरत मानती थी।
