Sterilization of Monkeys 2021 में बंदरों की संख्या में 24.55 फीसदी की कमी

  • वन विभाग से मिले आंकड़ों के मुताबिक प्रदेश में बंदरों और लंगूरों की संख्या में 2015 के मुकाबले साल 2021 में बंदरों की संख्या में 24.55 फीसदी की कमी आई है, जबकि लंगूरों में 31.14 फीसदी की कमी देखने को मिली है… उत्तराखंड सरकार में वन मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल की माने तो उत्तराखंड सरकार की तरफ से बंदरों की संख्या को कम करने के लिए नसबंदी (sterilization of monkeys) अभियान चलाया जा रहा है…. इस अभियान के बाद साल 2015 की तुलना में 2021 के दौरान बंदरों और लंगूरों की संख्या में हजारों की कमी आई है…..

  • Sterilization of Monkeys वन मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल (Forest Minister Subodh Uniyal) ने बताया कि 1780 वन कर्मियों ने मिलकर बंदरों और लंगूरों की गणना की है…. साल 2021 में हुई गणना में बंदरों की संख्या 1,10,481 और लंगूरों की संख्या 37,735 दर्ज की गई… जबकि साल 2015 में बंदरों की संख्या 1,46,432 थी, जबकि लंगूरों की संख्या 54,804 थी…. कुल मिलाकर बंदरों की संख्या में 24.55 फीसदी की कमी आई है, जबकि लंगूरों में 31.14 फीसदी की कमी देखने को मिली है…

  • Sterilization of Monkeys  वन मंत्री ने मीडिया को जानकारी देते हुए बताया है कि विभाग की तरफ से भारतीय वन्यजीव संस्थान (Wildlife Institute of India) के फॉर्मूले के आधार पर बंदरों की गणना की गई है… नसबंदी अभियान के बाद से अच्छी बात यह है कि काफी बड़ी संख्या में बंदर और लंगूर की संख्या में कमी पाई गई है… उन्होंने बताया कि अभी तक कुल 42,761 बंदरों और लंगूरों की नसबंदी गई है, जिसमें 23,768 नर बंदर और 18,993 मादा बंदर शामिल हैं…
