- देहरादून के रेलवे स्टेशन पर रोडवेज के हिल डिपो के साथ पिछले पचास वर्षों से संचालित दून टैक्सी यूनियन के साथ रेलवे विभाग अन्याय कर रहा है जिसे यूनियन बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगी और अगर 27 जुलाई 2015 के समझौते का अनुपालन नहीं किया गया तो मजबूर हो कर टैक्सी यूनियन को आंदोलन का रास्ता अख्तियार करना पड़ेगा
- Suryakant Dhasmana यह बात आज कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेता व दून टैक्सी यूनियन के संरक्षक सूर्यकांत धस्माना ने देहरादून रेलवे स्टेशन अधीक्षक शशांक शर्मा से टैक्सी यूनियन की वार्ता के दौरान कही गयी। कांग्रेस नेता धस्माना के साथ आज दून टैक्सी यूनियन के पदाधिकारी व सदस्य बड़ी संख्या में देहरादून रेलवे स्टेशन अधीक्षक शशांक शर्मा से मिले व उनसे वार्ता कर ज्ञापन सौंप कर उनसे 27 जुलाई 2015 को रेलवे,जिला प्रशासन देहरादून व टैक्सी यूनियन के मध्य टैक्सी खड़ी करने के बाबत हुए समझौते को लागू करने की मांग की।
- स्टेशन अधीक्षक से दून टैक्सी यूनियन के संरक्षक Suryakant Dhasmana सूर्यकांत धस्माना ने कहा कि 2015 में जब पचास वर्षों से चले आ रहे टैक्सी स्टैंड को खाली करवाने पर सहमति बनी तब रेलवे विभाग ने देहरादून जिला प्रशासन की मध्यस्थता में टैक्सी यूनियन से जो समझौता किया वह आज भी जीवित है, उन्होंने कहा कि 2020 में कोविड के कारण जब रेल बंद हुई और पार्किंग पर बने बूथ जिससे टैक्सी संचालन किया जाता था उसे कोविड टैस्ट में इस्तेमाल किया जाने लगा तब से टैक्सी संचालन अस्थायी रूप से वहां से रोक दिया गया था…
- Suryakant Dhasmana किंतु अब जबकि सभी गतिविधियों सामान्य हो गई हैं तो 2015 के समझौते के अनुसार रेलवे स्टेशन पर स्थापित बूथ से पांच टैक्सियों के संचालन के समझौते को जारी रखना चाहिए किंतु रेलवे अब उस समझौता को ही नहीं मान रहा और पूरी पार्किंग व टैक्सी संचालन को टेंडर प्रक्रिया में डाल कर निजी हाथों में देने की तैयारी कर रहा है।
