Uniform Civil Court राज्य स्तरीय समान नागरिक संहिता विषेशज्ञ समिति के सदस्यों द्वारा नागरिकों का पक्ष सुनने के लिए क्षेत्र में भ्रमण का कार्यक्रम निर्धारित किया गया। इसका उद्देश्य राज्य के दूरस्थ व दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में भ्रमण कर लोगों को समान नागरिक संहिता की जानकारी देकर उनके सुझाव प्राप्त करना है। विशेषतौर से महिलाओं व युवाओं को इसके बारे में बताते हुए विवाह, संरक्षण, तलाक, गोद लेना, सम्पत्ति का अधिकार, आदि पर सुझाव प्राप्त कर तैयार की जाने वाली रिपोर्ट में समाहित करना है।

- Uniform Civil Court सदस्यों द्वारा भ्रमण का कार्यक्रम राज्य के सीमान्त गॉव, माणा जनपद चमोली से आरम्भ किया गया। माणा गॉव में सदस्यों द्वारा बैठक आयोजित की गयी। समान नागरिक संहिता के बारे में जानकारी देने के उपरान्त उपस्थित महिलाओं, पुरूषों व युवाओं द्वारा अपने क्षेत्र से सम्बन्धित रीति-रिवाजों के विषय में जानकारी दी गयी। उनके द्वारा विभिन्न मुद्दों पर सुझाव दिए गये। इस कार्यक्रम में महिलाओं द्वारा पारम्परिक वेशभूषा पहन कर प्रतिभाग किया गया।
- Uniform Civil Court जोशीमठ के नगर पालिका भवन में दोपहर विशेषज्ञ समिति के सदस्यों द्वारा बैठक आयोजित कर उपस्थित जनों के सुझाव मांगे गये। इस बैठक में महाविद्यालय के छात्रों, शिक्षकों, स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं, प्रबुद्ध जनों द्वारा उपस्थित हो कर अपने अमूल्य सुझाव दिए । क्षेत्रीय भ्रमण में सदस्य शत्रुघ्न सिंह, मनु गौड़ व डॉ सुरेखा डंगवाल शामिल हुई । इन सभी सदस्यों ने बताया कि कुमाऊॅ मण्डल के जनपदों के लिए भी प्रस्तावित भ्रमण कार्यक्रम तैयार किया जा चुका है। उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि राज्य के दूरस्थ क्षेत्र हनोल, पुरोला, उत्तरकाशी आदि में क्षेत्र भ्रमण कर लोगों को अपने सुझाव देने के लिए जागरूक किया जायेगा।
