Uttarakhand Cabinet 2022 उत्तराखंड में  2017 से 2022 के विधानसभा में सरकार भाजपा की थी और इस दौरान ज्यादातर समय त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत मुख्यमंत्री रहे।  इसके बाद आये तीरथ सिंह रावत और अंत के कुछ दिनों तक सत्ता सम्हाली खटीमा से युवा विधायक पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने , लेकिन इस धामी सरकार पार्ट 2 में एक बड़ा अंतर नज़र आ रहा है।

  • लेकिन कुछ खास वजह है कि 2022 विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद नए तेवर और कलेवर में राजकाज संभालने वाले पुष्कर सिंह धामी के मंत्रिमंडल में शामिल होने के बावजूद इस कद्दावर और दबंग कैबिनेट मंत्री का प्रभाव और चमक कम होती नज़र आ रही है। एक साल से ज्यादा का वक़्त गुज़रने के बाद कुछ एक मंत्रियों की स्थिति भी कमोवेश ऎसी ही है। कुछ तो मंत्री ऐसे हैं जो  रोजाना खबरों और सरकारी कामकाज में नजर आते हैं लेकिन वो एक सीनियर मंत्री यदा-कदा ही अखबार की सुर्खियों और टेलीविजन के पर्दे पर दिखते हैं।

  • इसके बाद सक्रियता में नंबर आता है सितारगंज से युवा विधायक और पहली बार कैबिनेट मंत्री बने सौरभ बहुगुणा का , जिनके पास भी लंबी चौड़ी मंत्रालयों की लिस्ट है और सभी अहम है। फिर क्या वजह है कि प्रदेश के सीनियर कैबिनेट मिनिस्टर होने के बावजूद भी त्रिवेंद्र से तीरथ सरकार तक प्रभावी रहे वो  कैबिनेट मिनिस्टर खुद को सीमित दायरे में रखे हुए हैं या यूं कहें कि फिलहाल लाइमलाइट से दूर हैं।

Uttarakhand Cabinet 2022 हो सकता है फेरबदल 

 
  • Uttarakhand Cabinet 2022 इधर एक और कैबिनेट मिनिस्टर स्वास्थ्य कारणों से सरकारी कामकाज से लगभग दूर ही रहे है और पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मदन कौशिक कैबिनेट में शामिल होने के लिए दरवाजे पर दस्तक दे रहे हैं। तो क्या यह माना जाए कि धामी सरकार अपना कैबिनेट विस्तार करते हुए कुछ मंत्रियों के विभागों में फेर बदल करते हुए मदन , किशोर , मुन्ना या किसी ख़ास को शामिल करेगी ? और क्या यह माना जाए कि 100 दिन के कामकाज के रिपोर्ट कार्ड के आधार पर मंत्रियों की परफार्मेंस के आधार पर उनकी ग्रेडिंग भी तय होगी ?  क्योंकि जवाब तो मुख्यमंत्री को दिल्ली में देना है और उम्मीद की जा रही है कि खुद प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी भाजपा के सभी मुख्यमंत्रियों का रिपोर्ट कार्ड साल के अंत में मांग सकते हैं।

  • Uttarakhand Cabinet 2022 ऐसे में एक शानदार रिकॉर्ड के साथ अपनी पारी का आगाज करने वाले युवा मुख्यमंत्री धामी नहीं चाहेंगे कि उनके मंत्रिमंडल के रिपोर्ट कार्ड में कहीं पर भी लाल निशान बने।  लिहाजा सरकार के अंदर से सूत्रों के जरिए जो खबर आ रही है उसके मुताबिक आने वाले चंद दिनों में अगर आपको मंत्रिमंडल में कुछ बड़ा फेरबदल नजर आए तो आश्चर्य न कीजिएगा। क्योंकि इसी के साथ मुख्यमंत्री को दर्जाधारी बनाकर अपनी पार्टी के उन नेताओं को भी संतुष्ट करना है जो लंबे समय से सम्मान पाने के लिए जुगत और जुगाड़ में लगे हुए हैं।
