Uttarakhand Weather Alert मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु ने उत्तराखण्ड के विभिन्न हिस्सों में भारी से बहुत भारी वर्षा के दृष्टिगत कमिश्नर गढ़वाल एवं कुमाऊं सहित सभी जिलाधिकारियों को सभी आवश्यक कदम उठाते हुए आने वाली चुनौती के लिए तैयार रहने के निर्देश दिए हैं। मुख्य सचिव ने भारी बारिश की सम्भावना को देखते हुए प्रत्येक स्तर पर सतर्कता बरते जाने एवं सभी विभागों को आपसी समन्वय से कार्य करने के भी निर्देश दिए हैं।

- Uttarakhand Weather Alert मुख्य सचिव ने राज्य आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्र एवं सभी जिला आपातकालीन परिचालन केंद्रों में सभी विभागों द्वारा सक्षम स्तर के नोडल अधिकारियों को तैनात किए जाने के निर्देश दिए ताकि आपदा जैसी परिस्थितियों में नोडल अधिकारी निर्णय लेने एवं निर्देश देने हेतु अधिकृत हों।
मिनिमम रिस्पाँस टाईम किया जाए सुनिश्चित : मुख्य सचिव
- Uttarakhand Weather Alert मुख्य सचिव ने पूरे मानसून काल में आपदा की दृष्टि से संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों को चिन्हित कर सडकें टूटने अथवा धंसने की स्थिति में सडकों पर यातायात सुचारू करने हेतु जेसीबी एवं पौकलैण्ड मशीनें तैनात किए जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं ताकि आम जनता को आवागमन मे कोई परेशानी का सामना ना करना पडे़। उन्हांने पेयजल व विद्युत विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि वे मानसून के दौरान विद्युत एवं पेयजल सूचारू रखने हेतु दूरस्थ एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों मे अभी से उपकरण अथवा सामग्री स्टोर करें ताकि मानसून के दौरान विद्युत एवं पेयजल बाधित होने पर तत्काल सुचारू किया जा सके।
नदियों एवं बैराजों के जलस्तर पर रखी जाए पैनी नजर
- Uttarakhand Weather Alert मुख्य सचिव ने सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों के निर्देश दिये कि वे वर्षाकाल में नदियों व बैराजों के जलस्तर पर पैनी नजर रखने के साथ ही बाढ़ चौकियों को सक्रिय करते हुये नदियों का जलस्तर बढ़ने पर चेतावनियां एवं मुनादी आदि जारी करने हेतु व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित किए जाने के निर्देश दिए ताकि जानमाल की हानि को रोका जा सके। उन्होंने सभी राजस्व उपनिरीक्षक, ग्राम विकास अधिकारियों एवं ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारियों को भी अपने-अपने कार्यस्थलों में बने रहने हेतु निर्देशित किया है। साथ ही, सभी चौकियों एवं थानों में भी आपदा सम्बन्धी उपकरणों एवं वायरलैस सहित हाई अलर्ट पर रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

- Uttarakhand Weather Alert मुख्य सचिव ने वर्षाकाल के दौरान अथवा आपदा जैसी परिस्थितियों हेतु चिन्हित खाद्यान्न गोदामों में खाद्यान्न की समुचित मात्रा की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित किए जाने हेतु निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने आपदा के दृष्टिगत दुर्गम स्थलों में दूरसंचार व्यवस्था सुचारू बनाए रखने हेतु एस०डी०आर०एफ० द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए सैटेलाइट फोन्स को भी एक्टिव रखने हेतु निर्देश दिए। साथ ही, पैरामेडिकल स्टाफ, दवाईयों एवं आवश्यकत उपकरणों की समुचित मात्रा सुनिश्चित किए जाने के निर्देश दिए … मुख्य सचिव ने जनसामान्य से भी अपील की है कि भारी बारिश की सम्भावना को देखते हुए अत्यधिक आवश्यक होने पर ही बाहर निकलें। उन्होंने श्रद्धालुओं से भी चारधाम यात्रा एवं कांवड़ यात्रा पर मौसम के अनुसार ही निकलने की सलाह दी है।
