Aam Aadmi Party 10 साल में सीख गई पार्टी – गिरकर उठना और उठकर चलना और आगे बढ़ना
- इलेक्शन कमीशन के सितंबर 2021 की ताज़ा जानकारी बताती है कि आज देश में कुल 2858 रजिस्टर्ड दल हैं। चुनाव आयोग ने सिर्फ 8 पार्टियों को राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का दर्जा दिया है और करीब 54 राजनीतिक दलों को राज्यस्तरीय पार्टी होने की मान्यता प्राप्त है। Aam Aadmi Party को भी राज्य स्तरीय पार्टी का ही दर्जा मिला हुआ है। वहीं 2796 ऐसी पार्टियां हैं, जो रजिस्टर्ड तो हैं, लेकिन उन्हें मान्यता हासिल नहीं है।
- आम आदमी पार्टी का राजनीतिक सफर 2 अक्टूबर 2012 से शुरू हुआ है और अब पार्टी अपने पॉलिटिकल करियर के 10 साल पूरे करने वाली है। Aam Aadmi Party दिल्ली में हुए भ्रष्टाचार विरोधी आंदोलन से निकली थी, पार्टी ने अपना राजनीतिक डेब्यू भी दिल्ली से ही किया। साल 2013 में दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के पहले AAP ने ‘बिजली पानी आंदोलन’ चलाया। अरविंद केजरीवाल ने तब शीला दीक्षित सरकार के खिलाफ धरना दिया और 14 दिनों तक भूख हड़ताल की। आम आदमी पार्टी को पहली बड़ी सफलता हाथ लगी, 2013 के दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव में।
- Aam Aadmi Party ने 70 में से 28 सीटें जीतकर सभी को चौंका दिया। इसके बाद कांग्रेस के साथ मिलकर सरकार बनाई, लेकिन वो ज्यादा नहीं चल सकी। फरवरी, 2014 में अरविंद केजरीवाल ने पूर्ण बहुमत की सरकार ना होने की वजह से इस्तीफा दे दिया।
- अरविंद केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली सरकार से इस्तीफा देने के बाद जोश में आकर Aam Aadmi Party लोकसभा चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला कर लिया, बिना ये देखे कि पार्टी का कैडर क्या है और सामने कौन है। AAP ने 2014 लोकसभा चुनाव में देशभर में 400 उम्मीदवारों को उतारा, लेकिन इनमें से सिर्फ 4 कैंडिडेट ही जीत सके। ये चारों कैंडिडेट पंजाब से ही थे।
- इसने Aam Aadmi Party को ये एहसास करा दिया कि पंजाब में AAP का भविष्य सुनहरा हो सकता है। पार्टी अपने गठन के 2 साल के अंदर ही दो राज्यों में कमाल कर चुकी थी, दिल्ली में सरकार बना चुकी थी और पंजाब में लोकसभा चुनाव में कमाल कर चुकी थी। इसके बाद 2015 में दिल्ली में Aam Aadmi Party ने 70 में से 67 सीटें जीतकर इतिहास रच दिया। केजरीवाल सरकार ने बिजली, पानी, शिक्षा पर फोकस किया और इसे देशभर में ‘दिल्ली मॉडल ऑफ गुड गवर्नेंस’ के नाम से प्रचारित किया।
- लेकिन 2020 में आम आदमी पार्टी ने फिर चौंकाया और दिल्ली विधानसभा में फिर 70 में 62 सीटें जीतकर BJP को धूल चटा दी। बीते दिनों 5 राज्यों में होने वाले विधानसभा चुनावों में AAP ने 4 राज्यों में दमखम से चुनाव लड़ा। पंजाब में AAP ने इतिहास रच दिया, वहीं उत्तराखंड और गोवा में भी पार्टी ने अपनी मौजूदगी दर्ज करा दी है।
Aam Aadmi Party कैसे मिलता है राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का दर्जा
1-कोई भी दल, जिसे चार राज्यों में राज्य स्तरीय पार्टी का दर्जा प्राप्त हो।
2-पार्टी तीन अलग-अलग राज्यों में मिलाकर लोकसभा की 2% सीटें (11 सीटें) जीत ले। ये 11 सीटें तीन अलग-अलग राज्यों से होना चाहिए।
3-यदि कोई पार्टी 4 लोकसभा सीटों के अलावा लोकसभा या विधानसभा में चार राज्यों में 6% फीसदी वोट हासिल कर ले। तीसरी शर्त के मुताबिक पार्टी को 4 राज्यों में कम से कम 6% वोट चाहिए होते हैं।
अगले लोकसभा चुनाव में कम से कम 4 सीटें जीतनी होंगी। इसके बाद Aam Aadmi Party राष्ट्रीय पार्टी का दर्जा हासिल हो जाएगा।
