Facebook Froud Love स्थानीय मीडिया में मुताबिक आरोपी गाजियाबाद का रहने वाला है और वर्तमान में वह मुजफ्फरनगर में तैनात है.पीड़िता ने मुजफ्फरनगर के एसएसपी संजीव सुमन को आपबीती सुनाते हुए शिकायत दर्ज कर इंसाफ की गुहार लगाई. पीड़िता ने तहरीर में बताया कि पहले आरोपी ने उससे फेसबुक के माध्यम से संपर्क किया था. दोनों की जान-पहचान पहले दोस्ती और फिर प्यार में बदल गई.
Facebook Froud Love पुलिसकर्मी ने उसे मिलने के लिए नैनीताल बुलाया. दोनों वहां घूमे-फिरे और फिर रात होते ही उन्होंने होटल में कमरा ले लिया. पीड़िता का आरोप है कि पुलिसकर्मी ने कोल्डड्रिंक में नशीला पदार्थ मिलाकर उसे पिला दिया और फिर उसका रेप किया. सुबह जब उसे होश आया तो उसने इसका विरोध किया. आरोपी ने तब शादी का वादा किया.
Facebook Froud Love पीड़िता ने बताया कि इसके बाद वह उसके साथ शारीरिक संबंध बनाता रहा. उसने जब शादी की बात की, तो आरोपी मुकर गया. जिसके बाद लड़की ने हल्द्वानी के बनभूलपुरा थाने में शिकायत की. पुलिस का दबाव पड़ने पर आरोपी परिजनों को लेकर हल्द्वानी पहुंचा और शादी करने को राजी हो गया, लेकिन वापस लौटने के बाद फिर मुकर गया और अब वह युवती और उसके रिश्तेदारों को धमकी दे रहा है. इससे तंग आकर पीड़िता ने मुजफ्फरनगर के एसएसपी से शिकायत की.जिसके बाद मुकदमा दर्ज कर मामले की जांच की जा रही है
