ये उस जोड़े की दास्तान है जिसने कॉलेज टाइम में प्यार किया फिर भागकर शादी कर ली। दोनों दिल्ली में अच्छी जॉब करने लगे, जिंदगी खुशहाल गुजर रही थी। बस, यहां से कहानी में ट्विस्ट आ गया। एक दिन पत्नी ने मजाक में पति से Gender Change Love की बात कही। इस पर पति भी तैयार हो गया।

Gender Change Love साहिल (बदला हुआ नाम) और मानसी (बदला हुआ नाम) को कॉलेज टाइम में एक-दूसरे से प्यार हो गया। ग्रेजुएशन होते ही दोनों ने परिवार को बिना बताए आर्य समाज मंदिर में शादी कर ली। साहिल के ऑफिस में एक लड़की थी, जिससे उसकी अच्छी फ्रेंडशिप थी। लंबे समय बाद उसे पता चला कि उसकी से फ्रेंड लड़की पहले लड़का थी। उसने जेंडर चेंज कराया है। साहिल ने जेंडर चेंज कराने वाली लड़की से अपनी पत्नी मानसी को भी मिलाया । धीरे-धीरे उस लड़की का साहिल-मानसी के घर आना-जाना और दोस्ती और गहरी हो गई।

साहिल हमेशा मानसी का बहुत ख्याल रखता था, उसके घर आने में देरी हो जाने पर उससे कॉल करके पूछता रहता था। मानसी ने एक दिन साहिल से कहा, तुम महिलाओं की तरह मेरा ख्याल रखते हो, ढेरों सवाल करते रहते हो, तुम्हें भी Gender Change Love कर लेना चाहिए। पत्नी ने साहिल से कहा कि तुम भी ऐसा करके देखो, क्या फील होता है, कैसा लगता है।

हॉर्मोनल दवाइयां खाने के बाद साहिल को अपने शरीर में बदलाव महसूस होने लगे। पति-पत्नी जेंडर चेंज की प्रोसेस को एन्जॉय करने लगे। मानसी, पति को अपने कपड़े पहनाने लगी और खुद उसे महिलाओं की तरह तैयार करने लगी। वह उसे अपने साथ मार्केट ले जाती और दूसरे को कहती कि मेरी दोस्त है। कोई पहचान ही नहीं पाता कि यह साहिल ही है। कुछ महीनों तक ऐसा ही Gender Change Love चलता रहा। दो साल चली जेंडर चेंज कराने की प्रोसेस के बाद साहिल पूरी तरह से लड़की बन गया। शुरुआत में दोनों इसे लेकर खुश भी थे, लेकिन इन्हें समझ में नहीं आ रहा था कि ये क्या कर दिया है या आगे इसका अंजाम क्या होगा।

दोनों के परिवार वाले उन्हें घर आने और मिलने की बात कहते तो साहिल-मानसी कोई न कोई बहाना बनाकर उसे टालने लगे। ऐसे ही एक-डेढ़ साल गुजर गया। साहिल के पेरेंट्स के बहुत कहने पर दोनों उनसे मिलने पहुंचे। उन्होंने मानसी को इसका जिम्मेदार ठहराया। इससे नाराज होकर मानसी अपने मायके चली गई। इधर साहिल, मानसी को वापस लाने और उसे साथ रहने के लिए मनाता रहा, लेकिन अब मानसी का मन बदल गया और वह उससे पूरी तरह से नाता तोड़ने में लग गई। अब वह कहती है कि उसे बच्चा चाहिए, दांपत्य सुख चाहिए, लेकिन वह तो साहिल दे ही नहीं सकता है, वह मेरे किसी काम का नहीं है।
