3. ‘लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप’ का थर्ड रूल यह कहता है कि साथ में रह रहे कपल्स बच्चे पैदा तो कर सकते हैं, लेकिन किसी बच्चे को गोद लेने का अधिकार उनके पास नहीं हैं।
4. ‘लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप’ में अगर एक पार्टनर दूसरे पार्टनर को धोखा देता है तो यह एक दंडनीय अपराध माना जाता। पीड़ित अगर चाहे तो आईपीसी की धारा 497 के तहत मामला दर्ज कराकर उसे सजा दिला सकता है।
Live In Relationship सही है या गलत ?
लिव इन रिलेशनशिप को जब तक समाज इसे पूरी तरह मान्यता नहीं देता तब तक इनका कोई ठोस वजूद नहीं है। इंडिया कितने भी आधुनिक तरीको को अपनाए लेकिन एक Live In Relationship को गलत ही मानता है। तो फिलहाल इसे स्वीकार नहीं किया जाता है। ये एक ट्रेंड की तरह दूसरे देशों से आया और इसे आज की पीढ़ी एहमियत देती है।
