Live In Relationships लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप यानी बिना किसी रिश्ते में बंधे अपने पार्टनर के साथ रहना। पिछले कुछ सालों में युवाओं के बीच इस तरह के रिश्ते बढ़े हैं, लेकिन हैरानी की बात ये है कि अपनी मर्जी से लिव-इन में रह रहे मामलों में मर्डर की घटनाएं भी लगातार बढ़ रही हैं।

Live In Relationships एक वक्त था जब लिव-इन रिलेशन को वेस्टर्न कल्चर यानी पाश्चात्य संस्कृति का हिस्सा माना जाता था और भारत में इस तरह के ना के बराबर रिश्ते ही नज़र आते थे, लेकिन पिछले कुछ सालों में यहां भी लिव-इन रिलेशिप तेजी से बढ़े हैं। खासकर शहरों में युवाओं के बीच बिना शादी के एक साथ रहना बढ़ता जा रहा है। ऐसे रिश्ते में लोग रूम शेयर करते हैं, बेड शेयर करते हैं। प्यार मोहब्बत भी होती और सेक्स भी, लेकिन नहीं होता तो कमिटमेंट और यही वजह है कि ऐसे रिश्तों में बढ़ रहा है क्राइम। लिव-इन रिलेशन में सामने आ रही हैं मर्डर की घटनाएं। पिछले करीब एक दो महीनों में ही दिल्ली और एनसीआर में कई ऐसे मामले सामने आए हैं जहां लिव इन पार्टनर ने ली लड़की की जान।
1. रोहिणी में लिव-इन पार्टनर की हत्या
Live In Relationships दिल्ली के रोहिणी में संजय नाम के एक शख्स पर अपनी लिव-इन पार्टनर के कत्ल के आरोप लगे हैं। संजय और पूनम पिछले एक महीने से साथ में रह रहे थे। दरअसल आगरा की रहने वाली पूनम शादीशुदा थी, लेकिन बावजूद इसके उसका संजय के साथ अफेयर चल रहा था। पूनम के पति और परिवार वालों को इस बात की जानकारी थी। एक महीने पहले वो संजय के साथ रहने के लिए उसके फ्लैट में आ गई। दोनों साथ रहने लगे, लेकिन तीन दिन पहले फ्लैट में पूनम की लाश मिली। संजय फरार हो चुका था। मकान मालिक की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने जब दरवाजा खोला तो अंदर पूनम का शव पड़ा था। सिर्फ एक महीने में ही संजय ने अपनी लिव-इन पार्टनर की जान ले ली।
2. तिलक नगर में ली लिव-इन पार्टनर की जान
Live In Relationships दिसंबर महीने में ही दिल्ली के तिलक नगर में भी लिव-इन पार्टनर की हत्या का मामला सामने आया था। मनप्रीत नाम का एक शख्स 35 साल की रेखा के साथ उसके फ्लैट में रह रहा था। रेखा की 16 साल की एक बेटी भी थी। एक दिसंबर के दिन रेखा की बेटी अपने कजिन के घर गई थी। वो अपनी मां को फोन लगा रही थी, लेकिन मां ने फोन नहीं उठाया। वो घर गई तो घर में ताला बंद था। इसके बाद उसने पुलिस को सूचना दी। पुलिस ने ताला तोड़ा तो अंदर रेखा की लाश पड़ी थी। रेखा को बड़ी ही बेरहमी से मारा गया था। चाकू से उसके चेहरे पर वार किए गए थे और उसकी उंगलियों को भी काट दिया गया था। मनप्रीत और रेखा 7 सालों से लिव-इन रिलेशन में थे। पिछले कुछ समय से दोनों के बीच अक्सर झगड़े होते थे। रेखा मनप्रीत को उसे उसके परिवार से मिलाने की जिद करती थी और मनप्रीत किसी झंझट में नहीं फंसना चाहता था। आखिरकार रेखा से छुटकारा पाने के लिए उसने उसे मौत दे दी।
3. खोड़ा के लिव-इन पार्टनर ने शिमला ले जाकर मारा
Live In Relationships उत्तर प्रदेश के गाजियाबाद जिले के खोड़ा इलाके में रमन नाम के एक शख्स पर अपनी लिव-इन पार्टनर की हत्या के आरोप लगे हैं। रमन और दिव्या कई सालों से साथ रहे रहे थे और दोनों की एक बेटी भी है, लेकिन रमन ने इस बीच एक दूसरी लड़की से शादी कर ली। किसी और से शादी के बावजूद वो दिव्या के साथ रहता रहा। दिव्या ने जब रमन पर शादी का दबाव बनाया तो उसने उससे छुटकारा पाने का प्लान बना डाला। मई में वो दिव्या को घुमाने के बहाने शिमला ले गया और सुनसान रास्ते में उसकी गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी। रमन ने शव को जंगल में फेंक दिया और वापस अपने घर आ गया। इस घटना के बाद उसने पुलिस स्टेशन जाकर लड़की के गायब होने की खबर पुलिस को दी। दिव्या के कत्ल के बाद वो आराम से अपने घर में रहता रहा। करीब 6 महीने बाद जब दिव्या के परिवार वालों ने उसके लापता होने की खबर लिखवाई तब जाकर सच सामने आया।
4. महरौली में आफताब ने ली थी श्रद्धा की जान
Live In Relationships दिल्ली में हुए श्रद्धा मर्डर केस से तो कोई भी अंजान नहीं है। श्रद्धा और आफताब लंबे समय से रिलेशन में थे वो दिल्ली के महरौली में लिव-इन में रह रहे थे, लेकिन आफताब ने बड़ी ही बेरहमी से श्रद्धा का कत्ल कर दिया। आफताब ने श्रद्धा की लाश के भी 35 टुकड़े करके उन्हें फ्रिज में रखा और फिर उन्हें जंगल में फेंक दिया। लिव-इन पार्टनर के कत्ल के बावजूद वो छह महीने तक पुलिस के हत्थे नहीं चढ़ा। शुरूआती थ्योरी के मुताबिक श्रद्धा आफताब पर शादी का दबाव बना रही थी और वो शादी नहीं करना चाहता था इसलिए उसने उसे रास्ते से हटा दिया।
जिम्मेदारियों से क्यों भाग रहे हैं युवा
Live In Relationships पिछले चंद दिनों में दिल्ली में ही लिव-इन पार्टनर की हत्या के ये दिल दहलाने वाले मामले सामने आए। ज्यादातर केस में यही देखा गया कि जब भी लड़की ने अपने पार्टनर पर शादी या कमिटमेंट का दबाव बनाया तो दूसरे पार्टनर को वो रिश्ता भारी लगने लगा और सामने मर्डर जैसी खौफनाक वारदातें। दरअसल लिव-इन रिलेशिप को लोग मौज मस्ती का एक जरिया मान रहे हैं जिसमें कोई दबाव या कमिटमेंट को नहीं चाहते। इस तरह के रिश्तों को लोग अपने परिवार वालों के सामने भी बताने से परहेज करते हैं।
कानून की नजर में लिव-इन
Live In Relationships लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप को बेशक समाज में आज भी इज्जत की नजर से ना देखा जाता हो, लेकिन कानून की नजर में इसमें कुछ भी गलत नहीं है। हालांकि लिव-इन रिलेशन को लेकर कोई लिखित कानून हमारे देश में नहीं है, लेकिन कानून मौलिक अधिकार के तहत ही किसी भी दो व्यस्क को साथ रहने का अधिकार देता है इसलिए लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप को कानून की नजर में गलत नहीं ठहराया जा सकता। हालांकि लिव-इन रिलेशन में महिला को वो अधिकार नहीं मिलते जो एक पत्नी को होते हैं। महिला अपने पार्टनर की प्रॉपर्टी की हकदार नहीं मानी जा सकती।
