Ministers Vehicle Facilities उत्तराखंड में धामी सरकार के मंत्रियों और अफसरों को ज़ोर का झटका लगने वाला है। आरामदायक और लग्ज़री महंगी गाड़ियां खरीदने की छूट से संबंधित परिवहन विभाग के प्रस्ताव को वित्त विभाग ने फिलहाल मंजूरी देने से इनकार कर दिया। वित्त विभाग ने नई पॉलिसी के औचित्य और वाहनों की मूल्य सीमा बढ़ाने के प्रस्ताव पर आपत्तियां लगाते हुए इस पर परिवहन विभाग से जवाब भी मांगा है।

  • Ministers Vehicle Facilities ऐसे में उन मंत्रियों और ब्यूरोक्रट्स सहित विभागीय अफसरों को झटका लग सकता है जो लम्बे समय से शानदार गाड़ियों की राह देख रहे हैं। उधर, परिवहन सचिव अरविंद ह्यांकी ने बताया कि वित्त विभाग की आपत्तियों का जवाब भेजा जा रहा है। परिवहन विभाग ने हाल ही में नई वाहन खरीद पॉलिसी का प्रस्ताव तैयार कर विभाग को भेजा है। इसमें मंत्री, मुख्य सचिव, न्यायाधीश से लेकर जिला स्तर तक के अधिकारियों के लिए कैटेगरी तय करते हुए वाहनों की मूल्य सीमा तय की गई। आपको बता दें कि नई लिमिट साल 2016 की वाहन खरीद वाहन पॉलिसी से काफी ज्यादा है।

  • Ministers Vehicle Facilities प्रस्ताव के अनुसार कैबिनेट मंत्री, मुख्य सचिव, हाईकोर्ट के जज, एसीएस, वन विभाग के हॉफ , डीजीपी के लिए वाहन खरीदने की 15 लाख की सीमा को बढ़ाकर 25 लाख किया गया है। जबकि प्रमुख सचिव, सचिव, कमिश्नर डीआईजी, एपीसीसीएफ और अन्य समकक्ष के लिए 12 लाख के बजाए 20 लाख रुपये के वाहन खरीद सकेंगे। इसी प्रकार सभी श्रेणियों में वाहन मूल्य बढ़ाने का प्रस्ताव दिया गया है। स्वयं का वाहन इस्तेमाल करने पर हर महीने पेट्रोल-डीजल और वाहन रखरखाव के खर्च को दोगुने से ज्यादा करने का प्रस्ताव है। वित्त विभाग ने राज्य की आर्थिक स्थिति को देखते हुए वाहन मूल्य बढ़ाने पर सवाल उठाया है।

Ministers Vehicle Facilities वाहन खरीद नीति में निजी वाहनों के इस्तेमाल पर वर्ष 2016 की नीति में तय दरों को दोगुना तक किया गया है। पहले यह राशि मासिक 23 हजार से 17 हजार रुपये तक थी। जिसे 51 हजार से 34 हजार रुपये तक करने का प्रस्ताव है। परिवहन विभाग का कहना है कि 2016 से डीजल-पेट्रोल के दाम दोगुने तक बढ़ चुके हैं। वाहनों की कीमत भी बढ़ी हैं। इसके चलते ये सिफारिशें की गई हैं।

– विभागाध्यक्ष, अपर सचिव, डीएम, सीडीओ और अन्य समकक्ष 48,180 रुपये प्रतिमाह
-अन्य अधिकृत अधिकारी, निदेशालय-निगमों के अधिकारी व उनके समकक्ष 41,259 रुपये प्रतिमाह
– जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी 34,287 रुपये प्रतिमाह
